    Hi. You don't temper your chocolate for this?

      It's not necessary but you can if you would like to.

      @@AmorettiTestKitchen Thank you. Because when I temper couveture chocolate it always go soft in my hands. Maybe its the temperature of my kitchen that might be high, not sure why but I follow the exact instructions in ever chocolate tempering video. Today I made Dubai chocolate with store bought (Schogotten) chocolate and it sets better than when I do temper couveture. But thank you for your answer

    Did you use tempered chocolate because you didn't say ?

      We used melted chocolate but tempered would make this bar even better!

    I kind of have to laugh kunafa is just shredded filo why isn't anybody saying that. It's chocolate covered baklava that's it

      Dark chocolate melts work the best for this recipe.

    Like everything else in - and from - Dubai, over-rated and over-priced average quality. Giving it a miss.

    👎I think it's outrageous how much you charge for a jar of 1 lb at $51, and it's not a real pistachio paste. WOW! Your first ingredient is sugar; it's supposed to be pistachio, and after the other ingredients. Noon of the real pistachio paste contains almonds, corn syrup, and a lot of colors and preservatives. 👎
