The things about the judges, is they aren't critics. They are the ones who produce and supply the ingredients that Tootsuki uses, as well as their families. Also, Eggs Benedict isn't like, super fancy or anything. Go to any diner that serves breakfast anywhere in America, and you can get it. Now, her twist was to use fish eggs in hers as well, but they really over-hyped Eggs Benedict. They just wanted to tie her queenly mannerisms to the fact that Eggs Benedict is referred to as "the queen of breakfasts"
