At first, I thought that in a way that Larry was angry because Anna died and K. Howard Stearn was trying so desperately to keep Dannielynn away from him because he wanted a paternity test to determine who Dannielynn's father was?
I think Larry had a feeling in his gut that Dannielynn was his daughter.

💯 Anna is def watching over her. I hope when Danni is old enough Larry shows her her mother's show. Anna was so funny and real and confident. She did so many funny things that most of us wouldn't have the balls to do! People wanted to tear her down but she always got back up. Daniel broke her heart and her soul and I think many of us and those around her knew the pain of that loss for Anna was just too much. Larry is doing a great job with her. Alot of kids of celebrities take the wrong route.

Dannielynn has ZERO make up on, dresses her age, does not act vulgar, dumb or rude. I am on the verge of tears seeing what a beautiful, honored young woman she's become and praise her father for that. Things could've turned out so wrong for her, being the daughter of a famous sex symbol, but not only he protected her, he gave her a normal life, love and most importantly, values. God bless him for that and may Dannielynn continue to blossom into an amazing, inspiring human being. This video made my day. Thank you, God!!

She looks so much like her mother it’s uncanny, I hope she stays out of the limelight and grows up normal and stays away from drugs. She’s lucky her father is so involved and attentive and has been there for her so she grows up, goes to school and has a stable, secure life. Her dad is truly wonderful....much respect!
The father could've easily made a reality show out of his daughter and made money. But he didn't. All he wanted was for his daughter to live a normal Happy life. This is the best father ever!

I concur, I am a fan and I've been wondering what happened to her daughter year's later. This documentary is long overdue.

Who knows what we may find out 5,10,15 years down the line or longer when Dannielynn is an adult (or writes the requisite tell-all book to set the record straight). The public's very limited access to information about Larry contributes to the perception of him seeming like a good guy and a good father and therefore genuinely being one. But, as in every one of these cases, we only know what we're being allowed to know. Perception and reality are very different things, especially when they involve current or former public figures in well-crafted PR campaigns. At this point, I'll opt to just wait and see.

That she is so awkward and shy is a testament to the great parenting she's gotten. She's just where children her age need to be. She could have been ruined by fame by now but clearly, he's protected and nurtured her very well under especially difficult circumstances. Kudos to Dad.

Years ago when the DNA test was being done after Anna's death, I was so happy to hear who the real father was. I knew he would raise her right. Everyone else around Anna were enablers and they all played a role in her untimely death.
Looks like Anna Nicole chose the father of her little girl wisely. He's obviously a great dad. He'll make sure their daughter's life is far happier and more fulfilled than her mother's was.
she didn't choose. She didn't even know. She slept with two guys back to back and it was a mystery.
Technically, she chose Howard to be her daughter's father. She put him as the father on the birth certificate and fought paternity challenges when she was alive. That's why Larry had to sue to establish paternity and get awarded custody.

Both men knew that Anna wouldn't have wanted Dannielynn to go with her grandmother. It was a messy three-way custody battle between Anna's mother, the man claiming to be Dannielynn's father, and the man who was found to be Dannielynn's father.

Her daughter is beautiful, shy, and reserved. The exact same way her childhood friend described her mother. I’m glad she’s been raised out of the spotlight and he waited for her to be mature enough to answer the hard questions about her mom.
I wish people had tried to learn Anna Nicole’s story before they judged her. The way the ripped into her on the stand and left her with nothing was just despicable. It doesn’t matter what the world thought of their relationship. He was of sound mind when they made the ADULT DECISION to get married. Wtf. His son was the money hungry one! Seeing dannilynn growing up so normal is a blessing, when you think about how she was born in such a horrible time, with her brother dying, her mom dying, media shitstorm and a custody battle. I'm so happy that Larry was able to keep her away from the spotlight just enough to raise her like other children. I'm sure where ever Anna is she is so proud of her baby girl. Larry deserves all the praise in the world for what he's been through and still came out an amazing person. God bless Larry and dannilynn always

Mad respect to this dad in a world of deadbeat dads. He could be a good dad to his daughter and just not bring up ANS, but he decided to be a great dad and respect the mom for his daughter's sake. I know too many people who use their kid or kids as tools to get back at the other parent.

You're right. Too many vulnerable women are let down by fathers they thought they could trust. Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse are just 2 examples. I always thought - she doesn't look much like her mom like everyone said, until I see these pictures of Anna growing up. Now I realize Danielle IS the spitting image of her. And I remember everyone saying her dad is a "nothing" and will quickly get tired of the baby. But I saw different. He turned into a more amazing dad than anyone could ever expect or hope for.

Larry has done Anna Nicole the highest honor by raising such a sweet, respectful young lady! What a wonderful gift to her to take her to her mother's home town. Being from a very small town in Texas myself, I can relate to Anna on many levels. I also quit school in 10th grade because there was nothing there for me. However I married a man in the military at 16 and moved instead of becoming a stripper. We're still married 18 years later! Rest in Heavenly Peace, Anna!
This girl is blessed beyond measure, she has a wonderful dad who cares about her happiness and safety. She's extremely blessed! 💖

He was a creep. I still think he had a hand in Anna's son's death. Anna never got over that.
How could he have possibly won? He wasn't the father. There was never a chance he would win once the DNA proved Larry was the father. Fortunately, Larry is a great guy and even after what Howard did, he still stayed friends and kept him part of his child's life. That speaks volumes about Larry. Larry said that Howard actually had to show him how to change a diaper and take care of a baby because he didn't know when he received custody.
Larry isnt exactly a saint either tho. He stays exploiting this girl every few years bringing her in front of the media and telling the same stories over and over.
The daughter is such a kind soul. the dad is doing good. i wish them both love and happiness.

Wow! Her daughter is the spitting image of her at that same age! Dad is really empathetic in keeping Mum alive, which shows real emotional intelligence. In the UK Anna Nicole Smith would be head page news and the negativity around her was really sensationalised. To me she seemed like a little girl who just wanted to be loved. I hope her daughter rises above this negativity.

Such a lovely, beautiful girl. All credit is due to Larry for doing such a great job and raising such a shy, sweet young lady. Had she been raised in the glare of the public in the heart of LA or suchlike, things would I am sure have been very different for her, but she has been given a private life where she can just grow up in peace with a great father and role model.

As a (current) drug user of 17 years, I say this with all due respect: Drug addicts just shouldn't have babies. For so many reasons but this being the most important one. Your kids deserve a living, fully present and functional parent. If you're having a child while actively using, you're doing it for the wrong reasons. Not all drug users are addicts but she definitely was.
