Their customer service seems to be abysmal, and it's apparently hard to cancel subscription.
They also kept spamming the social media sites so much that they attracted a lawsuit from international bodies.

One person even asks why he was forcing the vpn to spy on him. Actually, he even confirms the logging near the end. 😂 False advertising. Especially since someone like Edward Snowden would never use a vpn that keeps logs.
