  • My Jaybird x3 cannot charge and I do not had spare battery and all the components are sealed and small. So I decided to make external
    charger and battery.
    Finally, My Jaybird x3 come to live again.

    Do you have pictures of the remote control casing opened? I need to open mine but I don't know what side should I open. The side with the buttons or the charging side. It's glued? it has "clips"? Thanks!

      It opens from either side. Both sides actually.
      The main board is sandwiched between two thin plastic panels. Held together by the sheer force of friction :) No glue, no screws.
      Easy to open with the knife or something similar. Just wedge it there and gently pop it open. Repeat on the other side.
      Main board has microphone, buttons and the bluetooth. Batteries are actually in either earphone.

    Yes, I'd also like to see a picture of the backside of the main unit or a comment on how it attaches

    What is the voltage of the battery that you used?
