You guys shouldn't put your ads at the end of your videos. It's bad for your View Count, and the RUclips algorithm specifically emphasizes Complete Views (views all the way through to stopping). Look at how your views drop off when the ad starts, and the low view count to subscriber ratio you have. You already have an ad at the beginning anyway, so you should def drop the end one if you want to benefit from the algorithm and get your channel out there more (which it should be, its awesome). There are some pretty straightforward, popular videos out there with helpful tips about increasing view count, and this is always one of them. So much so that when you notice it, you'll see in popular channels how suddenly their videos end - just to make sure they beat people jumping the gun to another video. Cheers.
What a mesmerising property. I adore the focus on natural, organic light in addition to the differing elements of materiality. The sense of calmness and tranquility is marvellous.
After watching all these videos of beautiful, immaculate, and luxurious homes, at 5:05 I finally recognized something that I actually own-that cat scratching post... Living that chic life.
Ok Now this is what they mean by "Don't judge a book by its cover". Because when you look a the front of this house there no way you gonna think it's this big inside and also beautiful. That was a good one🤍🤎
The space sold me!! I just love the wide space of this home! I can myself living on this home with these kind of space. Love it! Thanks Local Project 😎💖
I'd like to thank you for sharing this magical masterpiece with the world! It's breathtaking. Between the corkscrew, clothespin, natural elements, and textures, the words that pop into my mind are creativity, vibrance, and finesse! It's spectacular.
What is so beautiful about this home is that it feels like a refuge within an urban environment. Having grown up in a neighborhood in the USA no one had a fence so my preference has been to have a home without a fence or border wall. But what I have learned through watching g these Local Project presentations is that the fence provides the home owner with privacy and peaceful co-existence. Which is seen here because the entry area from the street with the garden and pool is such a calming influence. The seamless connection between the outdoor and indoor living spaces is wonderful. Beautiful home!
WOW!! An Australian Architect that managed to go a full 2 minutes before using the word 'Materiality' 2:23 Well done!! I'm very proud of you!! Thats longer than almost any other Aussie Architect I've ever seen!! A full TWO MINUTES!!!....... Just WOW!!
I keep rewatching this particular video for some reason ... and today ... I caught that corridor aligned with floating floor lamps at 4:05???? I own these ... but I never thought of doing this!!!! Come on now ... I need a walk through this property!!!
This architect is the same gentleman who presented his own home (Moonee Pond) last year, if I recall correctly. Love his sense of texture and the layering in both homes. Though I do prefer the dark, moody dramatic feel of his own home to this one!
I wanted to see the thumbnail picture angel in the video. These always move so fast you cant get a feel for the room. Anyways loved the furniture. I'm marking that clothespin bench on my vision board wish list.
I’m always sad when the video ends, but soo happy when a new one drops. Did we get two this week? Wait are there usually two a week? If not then it should be and if it is then… well then hooray! lol. 🤔🤔😌😌
my house is bigger than this house yet the architect could do a lot with it comparing to my house by a large margin. that's the power of very smart architecture.
Does anyone know if this channel is produced by the same people as Never Too Small? So many similarities in the production. I love both channels, although I gravitate towards the smaller spaces.
How does this one little country (population-wise) manage to have so many ultra-talented architects and clients with the taste level to hire them? I live in Canada (1.5x the population of Australia), and I'm not sure that we have 5 homes that would qualify for a Local Project. 😥
The Local Project is an Australian publication so this is why you’re seeing a lot of Australian architects. If you look at Dwell (internationally focused) or a more Canadian centric architectural mag then you’ll see some really nice properties from some really talented Canadians.
@@cboy0394 No shade, but Canadian projects in Dwell are decent but are never at the level of those on Local Project. Australia clearly has a superior design culture.
Hmm, there are certainly aspects of Canadian design that I adore - but considering how terrible Canadian Masterchef is and their inability to ever match the aesthetics and originality you see in Australian Masterchef, well then, perhaps us Aussies just have a good sense of design. Either way, we love Canadians here so you'll have to come sometime for a vacation.
The concrete poured into timber framework is beautiful. Such a wonderful way to achieve the feel and warmed of wood without cutting down trees. (Or as many of them? Assuming the wood is used multiple times..)
Wood is sustainable and pouring concrete is very bad for the environment... You have it switched around mate. You waste wood also, as the formwork (which is the frame you create to pour concrete in) has to be thrown out after a couple of uses. And don't quote me on this ,because I'm not sure, but I believe you need a softer wood to achieve the plank motif which would make it a one of 2 use-case material. All in all, looks very cool but not ecologically sustainable. If you're interested in truly climate friendlier options with a similar use case and pattern - look at rammed earth walls.
Amazing to see Brazilian design inspiring worldwide designs. It is just a shame that in Aus and NZ you must have fences protecting the pool, totally breaks the design flow and the mix up between ambients.
The house is in an area of Melbourne called Toorak which is famously one of the most expensive suburbs in the nation. There are a lot of grand mansions built during the gold rush, hidden behind high walls in that area. The property cost would be millions alone and would make up, by far, the majority of the cost. If you built this in a much cheaper area, perhaps around a million dollars (the average cost of a home in both Sydney and Melbourne is over a million). It's common for people to build their own homes here, especially first time buyers like young couples.
Really nice. Some of the material applications don’t seem very practical, especially given the location in Melbourne. Mirror wall to the pool side. It would almost need cleaning daily.

Totally agree. Plus the architect is super sexy and presents so well.
After watching all these videos of beautiful, immaculate, and luxurious homes, at 5:05 I finally recognized something that I actually own-that cat scratching post... Living that chic life.
Cute. Lucky cat living there!
Absolutely stunning home that exudes peace and presence in nature.
Kudos to the architects for its understated design both inside and out.

This design is a perfect example of how to use a neutral palette in a home and yet keep things interesting.
Wow!!! Love the design, it's minimalistic yet warm. The cat and dog are so lucky to be in that house.

I often play these videos while I do yoga, so calming and inspiring!
One of my favorite homes so far!
I wonder if the cat knows what an exceptional house he/she lives in
It will still be modern for the future! Absolutely breath taking 😍
Even the cat is curated. Very nice work.
yesss😄
I only give likes to the houses with kitties. What a gorgeous kitty, it goes with the house. 👌
WOW!! An Australian Architect that managed to go a full 2 minutes before using the word 'Materiality' 2:23

A full TWO MINUTES!!!....... Just WOW!!
Amazing property and such a calm and peaceful video. Love it 😍
gorgeous. the stair rail stands out as a particularly innovative feature.
Very compelling and beautiful. Uncannily reminiscent of Marcio Kogan’s & MK2’s designs.

Wow!!!! Looked like the house was just built that timeless design shows the owners success also!!! 👌🏻
The beautiful white light of this home

Thanks I will find that video
@@kavithav9977 The tilework alone is simply gorgeous! I think they're INAX® tiles.

Just perfect. 10/10(!)
Completely blown away with this one. Absolutely love the gardens integrated into the living areas! 😍😍😍
Stunning! Minimalistic yet so much character.
It's magnificent! I would be so happy to know about the total cost of construction. Well done.
It's looks surreal, so pretty and calming
I love the use of the light timber.
I’m always sad when the video ends, but soo happy when a new one drops. Did we get two this week? Wait are there usually two a week? If not then it should be and if it is then… well then hooray! lol. 🤔🤔😌😌
this is just amazing, I am lost for words.
Awesome house. Wonder if there is a live-in window washer.
For this kind of budget, in this exclusive suburb, in this city, the owners wouldn’t be doing their own cleaning🫣😂.
God, this house is stunning!!!! I love everything about it 😍 absolutely breathtaking
Truly stunning.
Absolutely gorgeous. This project remembers me houses in Brazil, a lot. I love it
A very beautifully designed home
It really is!
What a beautiful house. At least the part’s that was showing in the video
Effortlessly beautiful
Most beautiful house on this channel. I said it
L’ espace est vraiment bien pensé
I can only dream of such a nice project 💫👍👍👍
Greetings from Germany
Wow! Stunning.
I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my house is bigger than this house yet the architect could do a lot with it comparing to my house by a large margin. that's the power of very smart architecture.
Incredible home
Beautiful home and fantastic use of the space.
It really is!
Stunning stunning and very cleverly designed
Glad you like it!
Does anyone know if this channel is produced by the same people as Never Too Small? So many similarities in the production. I love both channels, although I gravitate towards the smaller spaces.
My brain always: "how would you even heat that??"
The best
Jaw dropping beautiful
Absolutely stunning!!

this is borderline asmr, I like
I wonder, How the Cover blocks are hidden on exposed concrete!? Could anyone kindly explain?
Wow 😊😊what a beautiful home 🏡 😍
Wow, I just LOVE this house ❤
Cool architecture.
So smooth 😍😍😍😍😍.
Whats wrong with the voice over recording or is it just me?
Love the lots of light and glass in the home and most of the spaces.

B e a u t i f u l !!!🧡
Good project, just bit of over-filtered.
Pretty nice. When you see places like this you know why there's domestic tranquility.
Nice, how we can see the floor plans plz ?! thx
Very beautiful! 😍😍👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Beautiful!
Wow!
😍
Seating for 22 people around 1 table right next to the 10 bar stools? This is a party house of the super rich!
How did they manage a house in mostly white with pets (and maybe kids?!?!)
I loooove the chairs from the dinning table. What brand are they?
Beautiful space!
This was nice and calming 😌
I love it
How many couches, and chairs and tables can one living room hold? To me it feels like a nicely designed boutique hotel.
If you sleep in this house, you'll wake up and smile.

Beautiful home , this will be our next home move , in uk 🇬🇧 what would be a costing on this property ?

I would love to see an in-depth tour of the house!
que coisa linda!
Lovely! I would just feel a little vulnerable in this house, not sure why I feel that way
한국인입니다. 왜 우리나라는 저런집을 못짓죠?? 40억($ 3 million) 들여도 저런집은 안나옵니다
여긴 어느지역인가요?? 이런집 지을려면 얼마가 필요한가요?? (how much cost money)
Where Bond villains retire!
😍😍
stunning, when was it built?
Mais avec toutes ces baies vitrées est ce qu’on n’ est pas un oeu comme dans un aquarium ?!
👍❤️👍
Wonderful :)
How much would such a house cost?
Super ❤️
Inequality is getting worse and worse in our country. Obscene that someone can afford this when so many are hurting.
hush mate
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Really nice. Some of the material applications don’t seem very practical, especially given the location in Melbourne. Mirror wall to the pool side. It would almost need cleaning daily.
But it’s great being able to see the swimming pool from the inside
