The SOLIDWORKS SolidNetwork License Manager, also known as the SNL, License Server, or Distributed Licensing, allows licenses to be shared with clients on the same network. Installation, activation, and ensuring open network communication are the keys to a successful network license setup. The server must be the same major version or newer than clients, so plan ahead before any upgrades take place. The SNL is required for PDM licenses and all licenses that have been purchased as "network" licenses. If a serial number has a "1" in the third digit, it is a network license and should be added to this server installation (0010, 9010).

My activation goes failed and it shows Your serial number is not entitled to your solidoworks..
Version is 2019 Sp 4.0
How can I fix this?

my student version does not work after 30 days, how can I reactivate it? I need to work on a project I was working on and I don't know what to do
The Educational edition, which is what your school's computer labs use, requires a network license server as detailed in this video. Your student version does not use these installation instructions, instead you need to activate it as shown here: ruclips.net/video/15-gIvebaM0/видео.html. If you receive an error message trying to activate your license, that should help you understand if the version is incorrect, the license has expired, or if the number of installations has been exceeded.
I'm trying to install a student version of the course I'm taking and need to install SolidNetWork License Manager, can I install it on my computer?
The Student version does not use the SolidNetwork License Manager. You do not need to install the SolidNetwork License Manager.
Educational versions, those with a large number of licenses that are shared in a computer lab for example at a school, will run on a single license manager installed by the school. The serial number will have a "1" in the third position to confirm that it is a floating license.
My pc doesn’t have solid network license server only manager
The license server is only installed in one location per company, and it is often only on a server computer. On the Server List tab, see what server name is listed, and that is the computer where the license server is installed. Log into that computer to perform these steps.
