  • 🌟 Unpopular Opinion Alert! 🌟 Plastic surgery advice incoming: I recommend wearing a bra to bed! 🛌 To get this out of the way - yes it's easy for a man who does not wear bras to say this, but there's logic here, I promise! 🤓
For my implant patients, especially those with larger, heavier implants, here's the scoop: wearing a supportive bra to bed can help combat gravity's pull on those implants over time. 🌌 Implants have mass, and gravity loves to tug at that weight, causing them to shift and potentially settle in less-than-ideal positions. 😬 With a supportive bra, it may stop or delay that process to keep the implant and delay that process to keep the implant on the front of the chest as long as possible! 💃
So, what kind of bra are we talking about? One with good side support is key. But don't worry, it doesn't have to be torture to wear! There are options, from bras with underwire (a bit less comfy) to newer designs with reinforced fabric or bendable rods for a more snooze-friendly experience. 😴
How do you know if your bra is doing the job? Easy test: use a mirror! 👀 Lie down with and without the bra. If you see less movement of the implants with the bra on you know you are on the right track! 🚀
Now, let's be real: bras won't single-handedly defy the laws of physics or aging, but they can be a helpful ally in the battle for perkier breasts. If you have questions, drop them in the comments below! 👇 💖
