I crashed my Dji mini 4 Pro !!!! (read more in description)

In activ tracking I did a huge mistake when walking with family true the forrest. My drone acted weird, and tryed the best to find a distance behind me after I stop walking. Big disaster, and a broken leg.
I have Dji Care refresh 2 year plan, and used DJI care express to get a replasement drone.
I paid for the dji care express yesterday, and today I allready got a Brand New dji mini 4 pro 😊
It took Only 1 day, and I could pick it up at the DHL pickup place just 300 meter from where I live.
DJI really proved their super good service in Europe!

wow I have seen heaps of YT videos with active track in much denser obstacle walks and the subject stopping and starting and no problem, what did DJI say could be the cause ?

@@mordyd1770 Anyways.., this was most likely a mistake from me. I was allmost running foreward, and stop. That made my drone act weird, and it had no place to go… it was alot of thin trees there as you Can see in video.
Dji didnt have so much to say really, but I got a new drone the day after I sent in the rapport for dji care refresh. I used the care express premium, and paid 475 euro. The 400 in deposit I got back after 2 days. Perfect solution 😊👍
