Welp, fans have been requesting it for months, and I'm finally delivering. My parody of Borisao Blois' El Gran Majá! Some kind of... more spanish eel type version of the Bloop. Which is weird, cuz Bloop's noise was heard at the southern end of South America, so I'm not sure why El Gran Majá needs to exist. Either way, I did what I could with it. I had another skit or two prepared, but the 3D render backfired and I don't feel like waiting another day to release this. If I get members, I'll develop it more and release it later. Otherwise, my current members of the $7 tier get access to it tomorrow and that's it.

Oh no, I'm not mad or anything. Don't take it the wrong way. But still, I've gotten a LOT of subscribers from shorts, so it's something I need to keep doing. Granted, am I a bit too overzealous when it comes to using every single sliver of any cartoon I make? Probably. But there's been plenty of slices of cartoons that actually perform really well, and a couple that continually perform REALLY well time and again. I'd still be an unknown without my shorts releases, so they really can't go anywhere. That being said, I'm actually running out of shorts really soon, so you may get your wish. At least for a week or two.

Depends on what you mean. For most of this, Adobe Animate. I've got more than 15 years of experience with the program, so I know several ways to make things like this.

That wasn't the full version. The timing of the good render is bad, and the render with good timing was using a focal depth setting on the camera that made the blurs for the background look horribly pixelated. Plus it looked like a super badly compressed jpeg image. Trying to re-render it currently, but I didn't want to miss my Saturday deadline
If I get more Members, I'll do a few more 3D skits and slap them together as another special, though!

That's actually a reference to the Bloop noise made in 97. Whether it actually happened or not, it's at least widely understood lore which inspired the creature. El Gran Maja is literally some youtube animator's brainchild cooked up to fight and kill Bloop. Hence the joke

Well, consider this: Bloop is based on a proposed story about a 'mysterious sound' heard by NOAA in 97. El Gran Maja is the brainchild of a youtube 3D animator, seemingly created to be a 'Bloop killer'. Granted, my research yielded no results either and I don't speak spanish, so I can't be 100% confident in the accuracy of that statement. Still, fans begged for this one for half a year, so I made it happen.
