We're finally getting to where we should be with science, explaining how this actually all happens, and appreciating the fact that people in our past that already knew these answers.

This is soo on point!!! The Astonishing Divine Language : Pashyanti and PARA VAK!!! That is what I experienced in Samavesha - Divine Possession. " I tore apart the stunning mandala that the floor had become and I lost sense of directions, gravity and solidity.
The floor gave way and transformed into an ocean of magnificent letters of the Divine Alphabet.
These Divine letters were not only around me but were passing through my body and coming out as some sort of superstrings from my mouth.
My tongue transformed into the long, thin tongue of Goddess Kali and became capable of moving freely through the spaces between my teeth, pulling out these superstrings of Divine letters.
The gates of conscious energy swung wide open and instead of breathing, the spontaneous effortless flood of Divine language gushed in and through…
I could no longer make any effort or choice, for I broke through the threshold of illusion of separate identity and became one with the Higher Power who began to push my body and its parts trough the most amazing yogic asanas and formations of Mudras, untangle my Intelligence from the webs of body-world illusion in which I was trapped, to unwrap my consciousness from the long sequences of concepts and ideas created by language, to wash me in Divine Ambrosia and massage me with the Garlands of her Divine Alphabet, showering me with her sweetest Grace and overwhelming Love!
My True Beloved completely took over all my efforts.
She fully possessed me, taking me on an astonishing ride by means of her Divine Language into the glorious heart of love and ecstasy.
    I became Her! "

Thank you for this presentation, which as you said just scratched the surface. Shaivism even goes way deeper than our modern science has yet discovered. You kept it clear and understandable. And yes, everything as a student of Shaivism has to be experienced personally in our daily life. Its a teaching which is not so accessible for everybody but we try to make sure by teaching it in a slightly more western style without compromising any of its essentials that its more accessible, Im here talking about the pedagogics in teaching westerners

The key text is Śivasutras, but to understand it since it is very cryptic, the Śivasutravimarsini with the comments of Ksemaraja better. A very important text to start with could be the Paramarthsara. And to say another very important one, Spandakarikas ..., which as I said before, it is better to read it with its authorized comments in another scripture: Spandanirnaya.
My native language is spanish, not english. I have used the google translator (I say this in case there is a translation error).

That was a very good presentation Maria. I could comment on several issues you discuss. However, I shall comment only on one. You say something like superconsciousness becomes the universe. I have been studying Vedanta, Samkhya, and Trika Shaivism. They do not say that the superconsciousness 'becomes' the universe. It is the universe, rather, there is nothing other than consciousness. This universe is just a thought. When we think, we create a whole new world which feels as real as the world we live in, however, when we think, do we become the world we create?
So, the world is just a thought, and thought cannot happen without language. Hence, the importance of Sanskrit phonemes. The Sanskrit alphabet is so philosophical, that by merely understanding its structure, you would understand Vaidika philosophy. As a commentator later says in your video, that this line of thinking is common to all Vaidika systems.
And language is not just the spoken and written language that we are used to. It has four stages: Para, Pashyanti, Madhyama, and Vaikhari (written, spoken). The last one is the grossest and the lowest form of language. It is here where all the confusion and miscommunication takes place. If we really wish to understand the supreme reality, we would have to learn to awaken the higher planes of language until we reach the Para stage. Congratulations again. I was not disagreeing with you, just adding something to what you said.

Fantastic lecture! This is what I’m researching at the moment, as a non dualist. What I find fascinating is how not only does Kashmir saivism and Advaita Vedanta talk about these topics but lurianic Kabbalah as well. Kabbalah talks about light is essentially trapped in a confined, dark environment and our goal is to reintegrate back to the source.

My opinion is that reality is not about a flat 2d dimension. In fact I think it is the opposite, the reality is a much much higher dimension where it is not about quantification of anything, because nothing is quantifiable in reality. The truth is that vibrating Ether is the reality of matter (it doesn't exist). Vibration cannot be 2d and in fact can be much higher than 3d, and it is, but we are not complete humans right now. In higher dimensions we transform vibration through ether and so we transform reality.

A shell whose boundary goes to infinity? Infinity doesn't have a boundary and is forever per se. And if infinity is what it is then that same infinity is everywhere...not out there at some distant point but right where everything is now at every point. So infinity is everywhere and also has to be everything! manifest seems true. Created/creation or manifestation. Infinity means surely that it's of itself and by itself. Why do we have to be a two dimensional thing also? Even our own consciousness is dimensionless; it certainly isn't 3 dimension or two? Perhaps the manifest is the infinite/infinity. Typing as listening...Don't think I needed to really.

    Ezekiel wheels within wheels
I will explain the mystery of Ezekiel...... the wheels within wheels are the the stars and the pattern that you can see that they make . The eyes that cover the wheels are the eyes of each and every creature seen and un-seen that is a part of and attached to that star at creation and at your birth. You have the 4 living creatures that have 4 faces , the face of of a man , the face of an eagle( all flying creatures) , a face of a Lion ( all wild animals), the face of an Ox ( all domestic animals) . God created this system to give us energy, our life. The movement of these celestial bodies creates energy. This is one of the ways God himself has an omnipresent view... God can do anything, however ,in his position , he gives orders and they are followed. All are Beneath him . This is why people consult the stars , which is a form of sorcery and we as Christians are forbid to practice sorcery of any kind ... Google still motion of stars for a better reference point. The video below explains it, before you watch it you should Google still motion of stars to see the wheels within wheels and know that the eyes surrounding the wheels are the eyes of all living creatures...

In response to the Tamil man who wishes to separate religion from the "spiritual science" and the lecturer who aggrees!!!
"What is there in mere intellectual reasoning? God can be attained by crying to Him with with a longing heart. There is no need to know many things. God can be attained through LOVE and FAITH alone! Reasoning pushes Him far away. You will feel restless for God when your heart becomes pure and your mind free from attachment to the world. Pray to God, thinking of Him dearer then yourself. He is very much attached to His devotees. THE GOAL OF HUMAN LIFE is to love God. Devotion is the one essential thing. To know God through intellect and reasoning is extremely difficult. God has form AND is formless too. Further, He is beyond both form and formless. NO ONE CAN LIMIT HIM. What is needed is absorption in GOD, loving Him intensely!" - His Holiness and Divine Master Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa
