I don't have the same model of dryer, but are most GE's the same as far as having to remove the top, front and drum to access the thermistor and and thermostat? How about testing the two parts, is there a video on that? My GE DPGT750EC1WW stopped working. Door light comes on, but dryer will not power up. All I did was replace the vent tube, and it wouldn't work after that.

Any idea why one of the relay harness appox @ 3:20 would be stuck? Tried pulling it off for 20mins. Is it seized? that
K502 inner coil relay what's responsible for my no heat issue??? I haven't tried pulling the whole machine apart yet bc the wires are still attached to the control board.

There's a wiring harness at about 6:57 in this video which you mysteriously just detach. Mine's pretty stubborn. Any tips or close-ups on how to get that one to pull apart (the bigger one) without breaking it?

I ended up cutting mine and splicing in some extra wire. There's a little piece of sheet metal that covers the connectors, I gave up after 30 minutes of screwing around with it.

If anyone in the future gets to this part.... push down with something small and pointy between the two parallel plastic lines right at the metal overlapping peice. It removes like the smaller one. Took me a bit to figure that one out until I looked at the smaller one hoping it was similar.
