    Thankyou sir.... 🙏🏼.... आज थोरा निराश थी ग्राउंड पे... अपने 6 राउंड लगाने को बोला था... पर मे 4ही लगा पाई... घुटने मे दर्द था... तो हो नहीं पाया.....आज से पहले ऐसा कभी नहीं हुआ था... के मे ""बालू मिट्टी मे शामिल दिखू ""🤭 पर आज ऐसा हो गया..... 😒
    Sir आपने ये वाली एक्सरसाइज बताई मेने घर आते ही करी.... अभी शाम को फिर से करी... एक्सरसाइज नहीं sir जादू है ये तो ... ठीक हो गया मेरा घुटने ka दर्द........thankyou sir. आपकी शिष्या सुमन
