Had to tell you this I'm 63 and my doctor has raised my blood pressure med 3 times since last year. She tried adding something else and I told her NO! I told her I got your book and I want to try some natural things first she almost came out of her chair and was PISSED!!!
Yes they do not like us taking control of our health.
I'm 57 and have had the same problems. Some Doctors are idiots!
Sorry to hear that. Dr. Jesus is the best.🙏🏾
That is because she can't push those toxic meds on you, and she also gets money or perks from her pushing those meds on you.
Interesting that your doctor would be PISSED about something that can help you. So, are you still using her??
Magnesium glycinate for the win.
You didn't mention magnesium stearate that's in most of our vitamins and supplements. Some people think it's good for you and it's not. It's a flow agent. What's a flow agent? It helps the powder flow through the machinery better, increasing production.

They became doctors to feel important. You helping yourself destroys that.
I’m confused. I looked at black beans and Chia seeds and neither list magnesium.
They both naturally contain magnesium! ☺️ -LGD Team
Dr Living Good one problem that I have is I am in my 70's and all I have left in my mouth for teeth is just 3 so A lot of food that I could eat when I was younger impossible now
I THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. Livinggood
Thank you for information. I like eating spinach salads and chia seeds are easy to add to smoothies or peanut butter
Try to eat healthy take a good multiple vitamin with minerals and take a magnesium supplement. Problem solved.
Brazilian nut is better
Thank you 👍👍
Wow … so my magnesium must be on the ground 😢!!! As of late my RA has me bedridden. I am tired All the time & have excruciating pain everywhere. I’m so inflamed I can barely walk. I wasn’t like this before. I went from 4 pills & a weekly injection to 11 pills & soon to be a monthly infusion & bone preservation shot! I just came across this & decided to check it out and glad I did but what kind of magnesium would be best for someone like me?!?

Start taking vitamin d daily with k. 10,000iu. I bet anything you are deficient
Order non GMO Brazilian nuts no additives magnesium, selumin ,and so on its better than ordering all these extra pill vitamins and it will be more healthy for you
Surprised no one has made a magnesium complex like they did with the vitamin B complex.
We recommend our Magnesium! It has seven forms of bioavailable magnesium in each serving and chicory root to support absorption and use. 🙂 drlivingood.pulse.ly/wzrddmyf3n - LGD Team
I wish I could eat those seeds and nuts but unfortunately I don’t have any teas so I guess I’m just doomed huh?
My doctor suggested adding more magnesium for muscle health and bone support. So I picked up it up in 500mg tablet form 119% daily value. I was unaware there are different types and mine is oxide. I checked my Centrum silver and it too is oxide 100mg with daily value of 24%. I do love the foods you mentioned but I have been experiencing Charlie horse type cramps in my legs and soles of my feet. It feels like we are all just walking experiments. I am glad that you are taking the time to educate the public. The human body is still a mystery. How do you know when you are taking too much of a good thing? My blood values are not low. It is unfortunate that more clinical research is not being done and data is not being collected. Trial and Error is often not on our side.

@@DrLivingood Thanks What specialist does the MTHFR gene mutation test? Tests can be very expensive. Is this test covered by insurance.
MTHFR is a blood test that can be ordered through your healthcare provider. We would recommend consulting with your insurance company as to if they cover it. -LGD Team
@@cindyscharr457Our insurance, which is crap, covered it during check up bloodwork. Hope that helps.
@@DrLivingood I stopped taking multivitamin Centrum silver and magnesium supplement 500mg ( 119% dv) I am alarmed by vitamin B 12 (2,083dv) in multivitamin. I read several articles and my question is if prolonged use of a multivitamin can have adverse effects on your body? Since I stopped taking these all of my muscle cramping has gone away. Why?
Magnesium oxide is for constipation relief. I don't know if it does anything at all BC of poor absorption

Pleas make this more simple 🤯🤦🏾♀️
Exactly. He has good info but he stretches it out, it's so convoluted I lose interest.
He said, just eat foods that contain magnesium. Seems doable.
which magnesium are we deficit in or we deficit in all of them?
We would recommend getting blood work done to see if you were deficient. You can learn more about the benefits of magnesium here: ruclips.net/video/N4EdCPSYy9I/видео.html Check out our Magnesium supplement here: store.drlivingood.com/products/livingood-daily-magnesium -LGD Team

Cashews have many potential health benefits, including heart health, bone health, and immunity. 🙂 - LGD Team
Pumpkin seed, almonds, cashews, sun flower seed😊
You're quite entertaining
You are talking too fast man lol
Is talikig the wrong pre and pro biotics cause diahreah everytime you eat
Better to eat fermented foods cabbage sauerkraut to help the gut natural foods some of those probiotics vitamins can cause terrible things in your body and gut
Wondering what your thoughts are on the Carnivore diet? From what I have been seeing, it's practically saving people's lives. Would really like your opinion. Thank you
for that diet NOT to work, a person would have to have major issues going on. go non gmo, all organic, sardines, stay away from sugars and carbs. use Himalayan salt. that stuff has all kinds of micro nutrients. good luck!
It is a helpful tool, but we would not recommend staying on it indefinitely! -LGD Team
Thank you si much😊
