What flavor did you use for your candy here? I make Christmas lollipops in cast iron molds for the children in the family each holiday. I usually use cinnamon oil as flavoring. I have to use it sparingly. Or, sometimes I use cherry, lemon or orange oil for flavor. Your method of rolling it out looks like a lot of fun! I’ll try it next.

Fun fact if you leave the oven on medium all the sugar burns when you pour in the pan
