I've saw so many reactions to their stuff, but so far you are the only one that has acknowledged the rap parts, I'm glad sena is getting the recognition he deserves, He not only plays the guitar great, but he also raps, a little curiosity that I just found out is that he is the leader of the band. He writes and composes all the songs.

They changed a lot in time

Not the most extreme vk band.
Definitely super creative, and very heavy, but the most extreme (and less likely to appeal to the masses) would probably be Qeddeshet. Recapture Your Life is a pretty awesome track, but we're getting into brutal slam territory, no cleans, techno, or rapping. I like it, but it's stupid heavy.
Not a diss on Jiluka, love the band and want to see you hit Mephisto, Lethal Affliction, Ablaze, and Overkill.
Just the claim they're the most extreme vk band... unless they meant in terms of mashing together every genre imaginable. But that's a different kind of extreme.
You could also hit up Nazare - Ideal, Dimlim - Grotesque, Dexcore - Earthworm.
There's also Deviloof, more mainstream now they're on a major label, personally I'd grab their earlier stuff if you want brutality.
Or, for something totally different, Reign - Ghost Labyrinth, Neth Priere Cain - Valhalla, Arlequin - Paranoia for a lighter side of the vk scene.
Kizu are also an incredible band, you'll need to search キズ and just grab any of their singles. They have evolved quite a bit though, so don't judge based on a single song.
There's also a band called Ari (copy 蟻 to search, and grab their later singles, very good ADHD music but a little lighter than Jiluka)

I've been involved with this weird scene since about 2015/16 and kinda ended up off the standard paths by following twitter, learning hiragana and katakana (to learn new band names from posters), and generally paying attention to who was doing shows with who.
So there's a LOT of bands that people are missing out on by stopping at Jiluka, Dexcore and Deviloof. (Or stopping at the all female bands.) There's an untapped wealth of music coming out of Japan (and staying in Japan with the domestic stuff).
Hopefully you'll take a risk with these bands, well worth the dive.
And outside of vk you've got pure brutality with Desecravity, Gotsu Totsu Kotsu, and Victim of Deception.
