- Indulging in all the simple pleasures of vacation as I traveling to Delray Beach Florida for a beach trip in this "week in my life" vlog - and first vacation vlog of 2022! I'm sharing my take on a healthy productive morning routine, my workout routine, a bit of a swimsuit haul, morning coffee, hot dads, and all the other simple pleasures that make vacation lovely :)
I haven't taken a real trip since before COVID, and after being a bit overworked over the past few months, I was really looking forward to some calm time in nature with my family.

Also, PLEASE talk more about how one can get to the point where they enjoy exercise.
I enjoy it some days, but chronic fatigue syndrome makes it really hard for me. Stop equating it with food and/or moral standing. You're not "good" if you workout or "bad" if you don't. Focus on how it makes you feel, the strength gains, how it will make everyday movement easier. These things have helped me a lot.

Hey Caroline! I think I can count on one hand how many times I have ever commented on anything, including Amazon reviews. It’s not me, I just don’t think my opinion or comment on the internet really ever matters. But, your vulnerability has compelled me to comment. I have been binging your channel, it’s literally how I take a break from my busy days of working full time, being the sole breadwinner for my family, and being a mom to 2 little bebes. Video idea, I would love to see a video of you talking about your up bringing and what makes your family so close. How did they foster an environment that encourages and supports creativity and pursuing non traditional careers. How did they support you during your low periods? Watching this vlog is truly incredibly and family goals. I have had a really rocky relationship with my mom and it’s been the source of much of my childhood and I guess residual adult trauma. It seriously boggles my mind how families can be so connected like yours. As I think about the mom I want to be I look at your family and think, “how can I be the type of mom my kids want to go on family vacations with?” What amazing things did your parents do to create this close knit family? - even if you don’t make a video on this topic, I’m just happy if you read this and see me. 😢
