You didn’t show anything. Keep your money in the bank till you see a successful project. Even then be careful. I’m an owner in PV for 18 years. You get what you pay for.
Now this is actually something that might have potential to make good enough returns on investment! still a little over priced for a studio, but honestly not bad given the location. I might have to consider this one for sure.

@@Pizzatime650 No, I was too late to pull the trigger on this one unfortunately. Most properties shown on this channel are overpriced for a rental property, but this one actually was quite good, I'd just keep eyes out for stuff like this.

Be careful if you want to buy true real estate company and if you take it escrow account that’s a big scam because we go through this process he become the money, and after night the money is disappeared

Nothing in Puerto Vallarta is cheap. The prices are tru the roof. Ive lived here for 30 years,but when i see videos like this, with half truths, i get enraged. The whole system is corrupt. The notarios are corrupt. If you don't know what a notario is you will. So much i can say. Space is to short. If you think I'm hating than you can't face reality.
The culture is definitely different and coming in with a know it all mentality will humble a person very fast. One of the main reasons I share this content is to show others how to avoid mistakes I made. I also share what I learned and help others win. Mexico is a beautiful country, filled with possibilities if you chose to approach it with a growth mindset. Sorry to hear that after 30 years here you are so unhappy. Also, do you think I can fit in EVERY little detail in to a 8 minute video? 😉

The price appears low, but the price per sqft is quite high.
I look at cash invested vs ROI, rather than price pers square foot. But we all have our ways 😀
