I really wish all tennis matches were shot at this angle and without constantly switching camera angles during the serve. I also love the high definition quality of this video. Both the low angle and the clarity make it easier to appreciate the amount of spin and pace they're imparting.
isner's serve is enough to win him most of the service game points. when those are not enough then he adds in a high-percentage net-play, and it pretty much gurantees his service game to be rock-solid
Thanks for uploading this. This is the best camera angle to watch tennis. Watching from above distorts the game into something it isn’t. This angle lets us see the true pace and touch and height of each shot, just as the players see it. This is as realistic as playing. More people would be able to appreciate tennis if they could watch from this vantage point. It is too bad major networks stick to the overhead view. If you are an actual tennis player when do you ever play floating above the court?
wat r utalking about. the dumb ass stood right on baseline instead of stepping back and missed 90 percent of the time. thats why he lost the first set. djokovic or murray would of smoked isner 6-2 6-2.
Love watching the game like this! You can really see the strokes and the power of the shots! Isner's serve is crazy, but when you're that height, you better have a crazy serve!
Is it just me or does the serves looks really fast than the TV cameras (especially Isner's)? Also the rally shots looked slower in this angle than TV camera. Federer is not trying to rip every forehand. He focuses on control and placement than speed. Learned a few things watching this video. Thank you.
great filming from a perfect court angle. really show people who want to learn that the pros don't blast balls unless its a guaranteed put away. 90 percent is hit with medium speed , heavy spin or slice for control. the only time speed comes into play are court coverage and first serves.
Excellent live feel angle as if in the heat of the game by myself. -Damn that Mr. Izner and his serve! On a fast court when his serve is 100% you do not much stand a chance. Yet, Mr. Federer got close but Isner went and picked that volley from his feet some two metres below his command centre and did it so masterfully Fed hit his backhand "smash" in the net. And game over. C'es la dennis.
Good video - nice to see it from different angle - and good job putting the score on there as well - very useful. Thanks. Would like to see more of these! 🙂
It's great getting to see things from this angle but i would hate to watch a whole match like this. It takes away from the spectacle and it makes the court look tiny! Tennis looks much more impressive from the tv angles. Appreciate getting to see this though so thank you.
john isner drives me crazy. anyone with his height advantage should never loose. just use the kick serve and literally bounce the ball over their heads, every fucking time man. your wasting your advantage. think about it john. please hear this and take my advice. i'm available for coaching anytime.
ace1971 james lol yeah it's like a heavyweight boxer fighting a middleweight. Maybe if he served and volleyed behind it not hid behind the baseline like a Gaylord
There's some diminishing returns on height though. That's why in basketball the giants who are 7'5+ aren't the all time greatest players. They just can't move as good as the shorter players... With today's athletes better than ever, they can get to the extra ball in tennis. It seems like 6'1 - 6'3 (Nadal, Federer, Djok, Murray) is the optimal height. But the trend I feel like will be getting taller... so in 10-20 years there will be someone with as much skill as Nadal/Federer but is 6'6 and he will dominate.
Agreed, the problem with Isner though, is that if he has to hit more than two balls he loses. The rest of his game is pretty average. Once you're able to break him once, you pretty much have the match.
8:43 Why are these people booing seriously ? If it doesn't go the way you want it to go, you boo ? Isner has the right to challenge, that's whithin the rules and there is nothing wrong about it. No class, no respect and no elegance. That really get on my nerves. This crowd is of the worst kind seriously, and I'm french myself
Good god from this angle you really feel how much power is behind Isner's serves. How Fed returns some of these nobody will know.
6:07, 6:18, just crazy.
not as hard as your swift tutorials tho
He's like Objective-C, maybe without a stylistic flair but fast and intimidating.
@@chuddywarrior7996 lol you folks following ios and tennis videos. Men of culture
@@LetsBuildThatApp well said
2 reasons the court looks small : Isner is huge, Federer covers the court to effortlessly
I really wish all tennis matches were shot at this angle and without constantly switching camera angles during the serve. I also love the high definition quality of this video. Both the low angle and the clarity make it easier to appreciate the amount of spin and pace they're imparting.
No this is a horrible angle for casual viewers. If you're a tennis nerd then sure. But for 95% of people then no
Good man, this is what we want on RUclips! Beautiful work
Its the moments like 8:11 when Federer amazes me. The way he can hit the ball up that hard and still keep it so that it lands near the ball boys.
Federer amazes you when he hits a ball in the air in rage? Maybe a little biased...
@@gordo1191 You ignored half of his comment lol

a bit unfair for the guys playing isner really
Yeah, even someone like Nole who has (had) the best returns in the game by far can't be certain he'll beat a big server like Isner, or Karlovic.
this angle camera is the best
Facs
Yessir
I like the camera angle, you can see the ball action, curve or bounce compared to the usual tv angle.
Love John Isner huge serve and powerful forehand. Thats why hes been up in the rankings for so long.
Classic American style. That's how Roddick did it back in the day
If he wasn’t tall he wouldn’t be playing this way
@Im Syrup how u gonna have logic for your photo and be a hater? Smh
Imagine seeing Feds 2011 French open semi from this angle. Would be incredible
French open 2008 would be even better. U can watch the bleeding in close up
Jayadev singer Heh
or 2011 wtf when nadal won like 13 points total
Jayadev singer or wimbledon 2006 when nadal got bageled in the final
Amazing video in terms of position, clarity.. Hats off to you! Felt like I was watching the match.

6:05
Did anyone notice that Isner served 3 serves at 229 km/h at 3 all in the 3rd set?
Height of precision.
From this perspective you really see the amazing reactions like at 6:18. Absolutely lightning fast to make that return.
I could not believe how many serves Federer could return exceptionally well
ikr

sagatbalrog you are a fool
Its just the highlights
@sagatbalrog bet you feel real dumb after making that comment bud
You can never fully appreciate how incredibly gd these guys are at their craft until you're you're at court level!!!
ISNER LOOKS SO MASSIVE COMPARED TO FED HOLY MY GOODNESS
The most emotion I’ve seen Roger show in a match
Love watching the game like this! You can really see the strokes and the power of the shots! Isner's serve is crazy, but when you're that height, you better have a crazy serve!
Isner's serve is too slow. Like a slug
umm...in what world is his serve slow?
TennisinSeattle Saturn
TennisinSeattle the gravity there is messed up
+Peter Skorokhodov I think your joke and sarcasm went over his head like a sweet Topspin Lob on the run :) !
+TennisinSeattle actually your missing the obv sarcasm was a bit ....slow
amazing quality, what'd you shoot this with?
both played very excelent
wow, great work.
Thumbs up for putting the scorecard also.
the backhand overhead miss in 3rd tie back was the key
Great Camera Angle. Great Video Quality. Great Frame-rate.
Thank you for sharing the video. Amazing tennis!
6:20 superhuman return
That angle makes Isners serve even more terrifying, I doubt I could return hardly any of them
for a moment i thought this was the Match for Africa exhibition thing. But this is BNP Paribas ! Great angle my bro. cheers have a great day

Excelent view! Thank you.
what brand and model camera did you use? nice video quality!
Isner moves pretty well for basically being a 7 footer.

lmao that throw tho at 7: 02. Thanks for ur videos they r awesome. u r awesome

better quality than TV!!
I like this perspective, but good depth perception is necessary to achieve perfect viewing.
Not everyone has it
thanks for sharing this video!
Good video - nice to see it from different angle - and good job putting the score on there as well - very useful.
Thanks. Would like to see more of these! 🙂
Looks so much easier from tv :D
‘The mark of a true professional is making something incredibly hard look easy’.. always thought tennis pros epitomized that one.
Love this view... nice match !
I can believe Isner isn't ranked higher with that serve. How anybody can return that is beyond me
Great angle. Wish I could watch GSs with this camera position.
Match won in service only ! Nice angle !👍
2:41 This looks crazy from this angle
Why does isner keep serving at same speeds. Like you will see him serving at 229kmh 3 times in a row. That is not natural must be issue with radar gun
It's great getting to see things from this angle but i would hate to watch a whole match like this. It takes away from the spectacle and it makes the court look tiny! Tennis looks much more impressive from the tv angles. Appreciate getting to see this though so thank you.
lovely match
Isner is my favorite tennis player!!
Do you remember what camera you used?
Excellent vid! keep them coming!
Being in the first row of a John Isner 's match must be a scary experience
On Isners kick serves the best thing to do is probs just come forward and take it early, literally all you can do otherwise you returning with a smash
jesus the paris crowd is ridiculous
Watching at court level is great!
Terrible crowd. Did they seriously whistle at Isner for challenging?
Tennis is fun. Really liked the video. :)
That serve is so fast!
I Love This VIEW!!!!
angle really shows isner using a racquet like a ping pong paddle on serves.
it looks so unspectacular from this view, almost like we mortals could hit with them
tks for sharing
How about throwing in a few clips of Federer acing Eisner.
john isner drives me crazy. anyone with his height advantage should never loose. just use the kick serve and literally bounce the ball over their heads, every fucking time man. your wasting your advantage. think about it john. please hear this and take my advice. i'm available for coaching anytime.
ace1971 james fed takes it off the rise for a reason
ace1971 james lol yeah it's like a heavyweight boxer fighting a middleweight. Maybe if he served and volleyed behind it not hid behind the baseline like a Gaylord

Which tournament is this? There is no description.
This is such a nice point of view! Well done!
amazing view
i dont care if theres a net to protect the crowd it still wear a helmet and glasses lol. what a fucking beast
best video
Fed's late TB mistake on the backhand smash costed him this match.
I'm very crack
Death stare by federer 5:47 - 5:50
Nice work raquettmania!
what is the music at the end of the match?
I knew it, someone always asks :) Here is my turn at making people happy. Song: Uppermost Flashback
En que puesto del ranking estaban Federer e Isner en ese partido?
whats the camera?
It's time to think about an adjustment of the net height.
That was intoxicating
what a nice view
Court looks so small. Must be zoomed in lens.
love this angle. so dynamic.
8:43 Why are these people booing seriously ? If it doesn't go the way you want it to go, you boo ? Isner has the right to challenge, that's whithin the rules and there is nothing wrong about it.

Agh! The court looks so small from this angle!
magic from Roger :)
this was the exact same scoreline isner beat djokovic in 2012
It must be be so frustrating to receive Isner serve.
I absolutely hate big servers like Isner and Anderson. They destroy and ruin the game of tennis.
what shoe is isner wearing?
Who knows the song at the end?
Flash (Beatz) - Detroit Boys.
EiD0L0N Thanks bro!
very nice attitude from fed
8:24 144mph serve
I am shocked to see/hear how pro Federer everbody is. TSS John is also trying to make a living... why boo his pionts???
Still its amazing how federer returns 230 km/h
all serves from 200km to 230, wow!!
that's what happens when you're 6,9
2:40
This view is a bit weird, the players look so close to one another.
How is Federer's racket called?
