Issue 1) it would be unrealistic, problematic and questionable, the lore so far shown that the hotel is in a state of complete isolation, there's literally no escape or exit (you can't just exit the hotel, as the bridge is broken), it wouldn't make much sense either to put it before the events of doors take place, cause chances are the ending is that they're contained, isolated in other places, etc. so it would be a problematic scenario
