    Green Gram-1cup
    Small onion-10
    or
    Onion -1 small chopped
    Crushed chilli flakes-2tsp
    Curry leaves-2string
    Garlic-1-2
    Coconut Oil-3tbsp
    Coconut grated-3tbsp
    Green Chilli-2
    Salt-
    Water-1 -1 1/4cup
    Method
    Soak green gram over night ..
    Wash well …
    Cook for 2 whistle in medium flame by adding water and salt..
    Crush onion-chilli flakes and garlic ..
    Heat oil in a kadai ..
    Add crushed mix along with green chilli slits and curry leaves ..
    Saute till the raw smell goes ..
    Then add coconut and mix well and saute for 1 minutes ..
    Then add cooked gram and mash with the back of the spoon ..
    Mix well..
    Check the taste and adjust ..
    Cook for few minutes till we get a thick consistency ..
    Finally sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves ..
    Close for 10 minutes and then serve ..
    Serve with puttu,rice ,kanji etc..
