Pro tip for the bed. Keep the comforter on for the look, but put the blanket you actually use at night under it (so its not visible), then at night you can roll the comforter down to the end of the bed or down to your bench and in the am easily roll it back up when you make the bed 👍🏿

Heyyy girl! I went through the same thing when I got married with my weight. Some thing that helped me was carb cycling and watching the amount that I intake I just noticed the older that I get I can’t eat as many carbs as I used to especially not as many as my husband does. Look into it! It really helped me out. It literally felt like no matter how much I worked out it wouldn’t leave and then I lowered my carbs and upped veggies and lean proteins and ya girl is the healthiest I’ve been my whole life!
