A wonderful and thorough comparison Ash. Agree with you 100%. I actually scooped up The Pride of Armaf before anyone was talking about it, and was pleasantly surprised at how different it was to Sauvage (I did a side-by-side with both the edt and edp). Although it really is close in the opening (and stays that way on paper only), the drydown is much sweeter, with almost no pepper and a shower-gel kinda vibe. I remember smelling Extreme Story by La Rive a while back and would even venture to say that THAT one is closer to Sauvage than TPOA (on skin). For me, The Pride just starts to get a bit annoying in the drydown. Like a sweet blackcurrent gel or paste. Kinda weird, but not unpleasant. Ended up giving that one away. Lookin' sharp by the way. Cheers man.

Mehedi Rony yeah unfortunately. I never got 2017 batch, i ordered a bottle online and received the 2018 version and was extremely disappointed no where close to sauvage, i am trying to find the 2017 version atm

Hunter intense is not a Sauvage clone. It's a combination of D&G Invictus opening & mid with the Dior Sav dry down. But its an amazing fragrance, best bang for buck , great performance and i have got so many compliments using it.
I tried a sample of Dior Sauvage Parfum today, and I can tell you that some noticeable key notes for me were geranium and patchouli (which is quite strong) in the dry down. - So Ventana seems close. ... But we could do without the amber I think.
I bought Vantana with 2022 batch and smells excellent with at least 6 hours longevity. I'd give it an easy 8/10 overal

Thanks for the vid! Was thinking to cop The Pride of Armaf, but since I have Sauvage and Ventana, seems redundant, even with the direction it goes in the drydown. I wasn't the biggest fan of Suavage in the beginning but it has grown on me. Ventana bottle is fugly (old school word for the yungins lol) but I just put it behind my bottle of Sauvage lmao. To my untrained nose, the sweetness of Ventana reminds me more of Prada Luna Rossa Carbon, which I prefer to Sauvage, so I like the opening tbh. Last thing, I do get decent performance with Ventana, not nearly as good as Sauvage, which is funny cuz Ventana is an EDP.

Own the Pride,,and it is a wonderful,,smooth,,and masculine mid-range projection/ longevity scent. it is a sophisticated and versatile enough to wear for most occasions.
Does Pride work well in the Winter?
@@Spurrr Yes,,it probably is best in cooler situations,,as the scent is not a blue fragrance,,it is more complicated and substantial..no more than three sprays !

I got Ventana but the smell in my opinion does not last the day like other Armaf fragrances, but still it has a great smell.
Ventana is great after 4hrs , 2 sprays and I’m good, but only see myself wearing this in winter down here in Houston Texas. I paid $54 on amazon, when it caught little fire on RUclips , it’s back to 22 and change

I've heard about these 2, glad someone did a video. Thx for the content. I've found another that can be thrown into the mix, Reyane Traditions Gentle Elsatys. The note breakdown is exactly of Carbon but smells like a blend of the 2 and the bottle looks like Sauvage. Have you smelled it before?

My favorite note in Savauge and Sauvage EDP is the pepper note(s). What other peppery fragrances are great?
"Ferragamo - F Black"...like a pepper covered apple...yeesh. I have it, but can't wear it...far too peppery.
How about hunter intense armaf? It is said it's another sauvage clone mixed with invictus. It's been hyped by some reviewers but I would appreciate a comparison side by side with sauvage and ventana and the pride just like what you just did.

Picked up The pride of armaf right before getting Assad and some other fragrances and it got lost in the shuffle. Got around to it maybe three weeks ago. Been wearing heavy and have to say I'm enjoying it. Going to be my errand scent on weekend mornings moving forward. I just got out of my personal clone war battle lol. It adds up either way you go. You just end up with more dealing with clones. Be careful my friends. The dark side is very very strong.😂
I was in a store yesterday afternoon 6 or 7 hours in wearing Pride and two different women complimented me, and they weren’t right up on me either. Very capable Sauvage clone!

The Pride Of Armaf actually last around 8-9 hours on myself. Difference in that aside, I agree it isn't a "clone" but kind of its own thing. Sort of. Love these vids though!

I Bought the Pride Of Armaf a month ago and it is extremely pleasant. Nothing spectacular but a very nice and safe scent that I can wear anywhere.
I also own Sauvage and I would say it is fresher and more peppery. Sauvage projects more but they both last long.

Ajmal zeal is a really good clone. 95 to 99 percent the same. Lasts a good 6-8 hours easily. I was surprised at how well it performed for the price.

As an owner of sauvage I would say this one is about 90% similar, definitely identical to the average nose, will also note I use this one more than I do actual dior, great cheapie so you don’t run through your $100+ bottle!!
Is Armaf Ventana similar to Club De Nuit InIs Armaf Ventana similar to Club De Nuit Intense Man? I already own club de nuit and don't want to but a similar scent going with Ventana. Thanks!
I have the French version of ClubDe Nuit Intense Man, the Arab version, Sovage, and Ventana, and I don't think they are similar at all.

Well quality wise I’ve owned sauvage and currently use ventana, I’d say in the opening it smells kinda cheap citrus-eqsue and this lasts for barely 5 ish minutes. From there it’s literally sauvage. I’d say even without the pepper it’s 90 percent sauvage

Ventana of Armaf is very similar to the EDT.. haven't tried Pride yet but will.. does anybody know any clone to the Parfum version of Sauvage. Parfum is my favorite out of the 4 Sauvages.

I fall into the camp of sauvage is affordable enough and I dont need anything that smells worse, when sauvage was just okay. I bought Dylan blue, but I dont think I will repurchase it even.
Enjoying the Ventana, however, the scent lasts 2-3 hrs and that's it. I'll usually spray Sauvage once and then layer it w/ the Ventana. Still gettin' compiments.

Dior Sauvage EDT is the only fragrance I’ve worn that causes both men and women do crazy things. I once had an uninvited stranger, a guy, sit at the table with me and my guest while at a restaurant. Also at a restaurant, a woman bumped into my chair and was inches away from me making her apology, I thought she was going to lick me. There are other incidents too. I wear many scents and none other causes this reaction.

I just got a decant of the pride of armaf as a freebie from one of the frag groups on Facebook didn't know I was getting it but for me its easier for me to wear the pride of armaf Ventana I blind bought it a little over a year ago and ended up selling it to a buddy the DNA just isn't for me
Colour me volt by Milton Lloyd is the best sauvage clone I've tried it's only £5 for 50ml it lasts around 6 to 7 hour's on me.

Just got Ventana. Why every body says it smells like a Sauvage without a pepper? I smell of pepper and got very short longevity, maybe my batch...
@Gent Scents I have ventana and I love it. I've smelled sauvage and I like it but that pepper note gets annoying and ventana solved that issue for me. Tons of compliments each time I wear it also. Can't afford those price tags for sauvage or aventus so ventana and club de nuit intense man scratched both those itches for me easily. Do you know of any good alternatives for Bleu de chanel? Haven't had any luck finding one yet.

Last time I wore Ventana, my wife told me I smelled like straight up pepper. She did NOT like it at all. Makes me want to try out the Pride.
You won't be disappointed. I can't wear Sauvage because of all the pepper, TPOA is a wonderful substitute!
Pride of Armaf smells more like Sauvage EDP and is smooth the whole way thru. Definitely a fall/winter/spring scent.

Dude no lie, if you dressed like this all the time in your videos I think people would take you more seriously. Not that they don’t already but looking sharp has some type of psychological affect on the brain that just makes you seem more reliable I guess would be the right word. Don’t get me wrong I love you’re videos, I’ve started my own little collection because them, but this is the first video I’ve seen dress with something other than a graphic tee and you’re looking spiffy bro.

Ventana is awesome, longevity is insane, I genuinely get between 12-16 hours with minimum 8 hours projection, one of my favourites scents.
How many sprays and in what climate do you use it to give you that longevity?

I’ve smelled lots of Sauvage Clones. None are a replacement. I rather save and buy the actual sauvage. The clones are like 95% but they don’t have that kick that Sauvage has
One thing that I noticed about Ventana (bought once) is that it ran out really quickly.... So it's 1/4 the price and I think it ran out in about x4 as fast... Anyone else notice that? If that's the case then essentially it's about the same price but maybe that was just me and I sprayed it too much perhaps?
It happened to me. I sprayed about 15 times to my body n shirts and still ran out quickly. I just bought it like a week ago. 😂
Sprayed too much. Doing more sprays isn't going to make it last longer, only make it project more, but it will fade the same speed

I had bought Armaf club de nuit intense for men 2018 batch and I am not impressed, I have heard CDNIM is awesum and clone of aventus but the version I got isn't great. My question is what about ventana does the 2018 bottle has the same juice as before or did it change too ? Please reply

Just got subbed after watching ure well judged take on both, , Infact have a bottle of Dior Sauvage edp but wanted a clone for casual wearing , , so started searching & found trustworthy ifi speaking high about ventanna , , but while double checking cudnt count on misleading monologue of joyamin channel 😆 😂 & came across this review of ure channel, , & boy dat made me realise how worthy & purpose serving ure channel is.
