Hi Nat and Trace❤ The tulip leaning mug...wow what a brilliant opener. OMG tape resist bowl😮 such a beautiful form too. Pastel marble vase is amazing, looking forward to seeing the tutorial. Love the blue and transfer tape resist❤ Love the cosmic tea dust vase, I did a just with those bellies that is use as a utensil pot. The straw Cup looks like a melty ice cream cone...yummy Love the form on the planter Ahhh the pink purple planter❤❤ And the pink fluted bowl. Chun plum blue rutile❤❤ thanks for the shoutout😊 I am a weirdo too😂 exactly Trace I always feel insulted with the 'normal' I'm in love with the lidded canister❤❤❤ fantastic kiln opening Nat, they just get better and better❤❤❤❤❤❤

LOL, who you callin' a weirdo! Rutile will break brown, so that's where that is coming from. Too bad about the specks in the bottom of the planter, but once dirt is in in no one will know. I love that combo thought! And super idea with the transfers under the tape resist. Have you thought about doing the transfers on leather hard? You'll only have to bisque once that way. Great load! Congrats on the canister, and the lid that fits!
The purple crystal turns dark blue and glossy if it runs, but I think the obsidian is too stable to allow it to run, so maybe try a higher flux glaze on the rim over the purple crystal, maybe the dark flux? So 2 coats obsidian all over, 2 coats purple crystal halfway then a thick layer of dark flux over the purple crystal on the rim. :) good luck!
Thanks for the shoutout Nat! Is that the new Opal Luster glaze? (not the bad lot?) I only had a sample bottle and it doesn't have a lot # so I will use up my Duncan bottles and see if I get similar results :). Love the top glazes though and the design of the tumbler is so fun! Oh! You got some of the new Amaco glazes! I haven't been able to get any yet..good to see examples. That planter is sooo pretty💗. Blue Rutile breaks brown when not many coats btw! @@mudmagic407 hmm..well I didn’t buy a new bottle because I have at least 2-3 of the Duncan. Well it’s really pretty with the oatmeal so at least there’s that!!
LOVE this kiln load!! My gosh you have so many gorgeous pieces! My favorite has to be the canister. I love the almost celestial colors of it. I don’t think you said what glazes you used though! You were so excited about the lid!! lol. Thank you sooo much for the shout out hun!! That was just the sweetest!! I’ve had a real tough week 1/2 of being sick so these latest pottery videos are really keeping me going!! We really are such a great group and I absolutely love the pottery family we have all created!!!!
Ok I kill plastic plants. But you need to buy a desert rose, Bunnings they like full sone open soil mix and they adore neglect ,lol. I’ve even grown heaps from seed.

Hey pat yes that’s what I normally do but that cup was a bisque mold piece I had bought so no choice lol.

Hey star yes that’s my replacement opal lustre unfortunately. My previous couple of unloads I’ve done testers n show all 4 of the phase range xx
