    I CAN"T STAND when Timelapses do not include a day count... (what are they thinking????) That's why I love yours... I subbed 30 seconds in to the first vid.... And the commentary along the way is icing on the cake! VERY well presented, sir.... A channel worth watching!!

    Did you notice that at the beginning the morning glory seedling looked just like a young radish plant? I was even confused if I chose the right video lol!

      A lot of seedlings look alike until they are old enough to grow their real leaves. Even then many of them look the same.

    I love watching your videos! Enough that I bought 2 Atli Eons to try my hand at it. When I'm doing time lapse, the high resolution quality doesn't seem to translate the same way yours does. Do you have any tips for sharp focus? Do you use the flower setting for more of a macro close up depth? I'm trying to do some time lapse trials that require getting more in frame than a single plant. How do you get your background so black to isolate the growth in front of the camera? It looks like you have everything really close to the camera.
    Amazing job as always 🤩

      I use black velvet cloth as background, or black PVC material works too. I define my own manual preset instead of using the existing flower settings. It is a bit of trial and error until you find the right setting and physical setup (lighting, background, no reflection, etc). You’re right I film subjects very close to the camera. That’s where the bokeh effect is better and video is sharpest. Usually my settings are ISO 100, 1/250, 5000k temperature. Hope that helps.

      @@rapidlapse thanks a lot for the tips and quick response! Currently because I'm doing a time lapse trial of a couple variables, I can't isolate so close without having another 2 cameras to zoom in like you do. But I may end up having to do that in a future video!
      Keep up the great work! Love your channel ❤

    Should I grow seedlings indoors? Or under sunlight?

    • @rapidlapse
      @rapidlapse  9 месяцев назад

      Seeds germinate better in cool dark environment. But after they have leaves they will do better in sunlight.

      It is, just a different variant. Not much of a climber and more bushy than it's other morning Glory families

    Morning glories are climbers, aren't they?

    • @rapidlapse
      @rapidlapse  Год назад +2

      Some morning glories grow as bush instead of climbers/vines. This one is a dwarf morning glory variety called Convolvulus tricolor.
