I did it! I am very happy with my new wallet. It is much less bulky than my old one and it is pretty (flowered fabric). I decided to do it with two card pockets and leave out the zipper pocket, as I don't use cash very often and there is no need to weigh down my every day wallet with coins. I am going to make a separate little change purse out of the same fabric and keep that in my purse alongside the wallet. You are very clear in your instructions and you have a lovely, soft voice that is a pleasure to listen to.

Very easy to follow wallet, but I had a hard time with the Topstitching around the wallet at the end, so I just didn't do it. Too much thickness even when I put a Denim needle on, and raised the knob on my Juki 18 machine...It came out beautifully, and it's for my grandsons teacher. I think she will really like it. Great tutorial just what I was looking for to make for my fiance' but I without the zipper and more pockets his hands are not as well as they're use to be he has trouble opening zippers can I make the men wallet with more pockets easy access to get his cards and cash
@@YoanSewingStudio I tried making it with stretching jeans and failed ☹️It came out wonky didn't like it so I'm going to do over need to find 💯 cotton more male looking fabrics 🤔🤔where can I find male looking fabrics will love any ideas
@@encarnacionada2, yes stretchy fabric can be problematic for this project , 100% cotton (quilting kind especially) is definitely easier and more forgiving to work with. I usually look online, maybe find solid color or subtle print (stripes, plaid) for more masculine look. Good luck with your project.
Can I skip the interfacing if I'm using denim? Also I really like that you properly finished the zipper and button. Too many tutorials just kinda glue stuff in
