I have a W20B wheeled loader with the same kind of rims. Definitely change out the rubber seals on the inside of the split rims. Once they dry out, they will always grief you.
If you don't have a fancy machine like that, jack the axle up until the tire is in the air (or trench the dirt under it). Then wrap the tire in a decent chain (in the center) and use a chain binder with a cheater and cinch the chain as tight as you can. Then attach airline and wack the tire with a big maul.

What a monster. Cant wait to see you fix this thing up to something like working condition. It needs a big bucket on the front and it will look mean.

Would love to see you do more work on plant machinery. It would be great to see how advanced the newer ones are compared to this one. Tug of war between the loader and Brutus or your Scania🤔

I used drive one in a quarry years ago tuff rig . Strong but sitting in it all day no air con .good luck with iron giant Coal quarry in Australia. When the gear got worn out they use to bury in pit holes.
