All Sambats have length, weight, date, model and production number marked inside the barrel cup... with the only exception being the universial and pro stock series Sambats, they skip marking the weight on those in my experience... even the trophy/wedding bats still mark the length, production date, production number, I havent tried a pro select yet to know the markings on them. The universial/pro stock bats are bats that dont quite meet the professional standard required of Sambat, the main spec issue typically being the requested drop weight not being achieved, but colld also be slightly off in length or some other spec. Pro select are the extra bats made for a pro players order, they should be exact spec more then not but sometimes might be slightly off spec. The 2 pro-stock Sambats I own are 34" 32.8oz, whereas my custom is an exact drop -3 measuring 33.5" 30.5oz

Actually I think all of the bats have that marking because I've seen it on mine as well. Weight, date made, length etc..
