You can make an ITH bib using this 7x12 hoop ... All you have to do is upload the bib to your machine and increase or decrease the size according to which ever you prefer..

If anyone is after some beautiful In The Hoop designs have a look at Sweet Pea Designs. They are an Australian company specializing in ITH projects. Their instructions are very good.
so my largest hoop is the 200 mm x 200 mm which is 7 7/8 x 7 7/8 hoop. not sure what the actual stitch size is. so roughly 7x7. I'm short 5 inches one direction. :( I really like these bibs too. All the others I see fit the 5x7 hoops that you have to piece together not all one piece.

You can use watersoluble too. Just put two layers. When the bib is washed its disolved and makes the bib less stiff for the babys neck.
