Amazing work on the shoes in all your videos, that goes without saying. But, I love the presentation, the interaction with the viewers, the good humor maintained throughout. Time simply flies while watching your videos!😃
WOW.......I can't express the craftsmanship you showed us. I also cannot believe you worked on your day off.......Craftsmanship and a love for what you do.
'I know what you some of guys are thinking: that's never gonna look good. Omg, Steve ruined the shoes!' That thought never even crossed my mind lol you are a true master of your craft. Happy 4th!
Amazing workmanship. Kinda reminds of restoring a classic car, by the time you’ve cut out the rot and replaced all the panels the only original part left is the ash tray and the floor mats 👍☺️
Holy Soley ! At what point do you write a shoe off ? You are indeed a footwear magician. I get more suspense out of these videos than most films, I love the craftsmanship.
Lol. Cripey yipey, lol. Watching him repair shoes is better than Calgon. Shake your head and an hour is gone. I have Bedos marathons every few months, shoes, LV bags
With the exception of cutting the upper leather shapes, you, in essence, built a new pair of shoes. Simply amazing. It is so interesting to see how different manufacturers make shoes and the very clever way you make them better than new. These videos are so wonderful to watch. Thank you Steve. I almost wish I had a great pair of shoes that I needed fixed.
I dont mean to be so off topic but does someone know a trick to log back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot the login password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@Esteban Tate I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im trying it out now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Esteban Tate DAMN IT REALLY WORKED :O I literally got access to my ig account within roughly 45 minutes of using the site. Thank you so much, you saved my account :D
That shoe is a great style I can see why it is rare. You are almost remaking the entire shoe, better than if they were brand new. You got the numbers -- looks fantastic. Steve there is so much intricate work on that particular pair of shoes, the owner should be in shoe heaven. What you do is way more difficult than making a new shoe. Those are some pretty stitches, good job again. This was clearly A+
Favourite video Steve by far. Really interesting to see to see the different construction to a typical Goodyear welt. End result was indeed fantastic. Congratulations. I'd love to see you create a video that takes us through the final finishing stages. I do sometimes get frustrated that we get near the finish and then the next thing we see is the finished product. Anyway...take that as you will. I love your videos anyway. I have a couple of pairs of Florsheim Imperials that might find their way to you one day from here in Australia if I get to the point where they need a resole. Thanks for taking the time to make your videos.
That one was a labor of love! The construction of that shoe just made it have such clean and simple, yet elegant lines. What a solid base as well. Fine work Steve! That would be a nice pair of shoes to have.
The classic *IVY LEAGUE SHOE!* ... at least that's what my uncle had said. Florsheim was my late uncles favorite shoe, which was the first time I had heard of this company. *A beautiful restoration by Steve!* I do respect a few makers that do create these stunning foot wear.
Such a beautiful pair of loafers. I imagine I'm not the only one who would give a pretty penny for a pair. Nice work Steve. I appreciate that you approach such fine shoe repair almost as a conservator. Best!
Bedo, the rec-rafting of that Florsheim Imperial moccasin is EXCEPTIONAL WORK. For the amount of work details that has to be restored to original is quite improbable to do, however, it was accomplished exceptionally well!!! EXTREMELY COMMENDABLE ... EXCEPTIONAL WORK ACCOMPLISHED!!!
Again you made a miracle,no need to say, you're an excellent Craftsman, artist, Michael Angelo of shoes heaven world, salute to you the master of masters.
An extensive restoration to be sure!!! Thank goodness you have the Master skills and knowledge that you have in order to complete this job to your usual high standards...lets continue!
I had to break off watching half way through. I was so annoyed. I have just finished it now. It's 11.12 pm here in the UK.... When you bent down to look into the Camera and smiled. I smiled right back at you and giggled when you said not enough hammering. It was just so funny, like you were just accross the room instead of accross the ocean. The shoes came out beautifully. I never doubted your ability to make them look like new. Regards Rowena 🇬🇧
I had to watch this one again Steveroo... Love these shoes and had many Florsheims over the years... What a great job you did on these shell cordovan loafers, it's amazing what you can do... Awesome...! Greg
It is very enjoyable to see someone enjoying their work so much. Many never get to experience this type of joy. Thanks Steve!! They look amazing, not even the same shoes. Beautiful work - cool horn!!
Quite the pretty shoe it is. I like the simplistic lines and well thought seamwork. And of course, the top work to restore it. Always a pleasure watching you work.
This video is in my top three of all your videos--you outdid yourself with these shoes! And my dad loved his Florsheims too--they were his favorite, so nice to see these being worked on. Very enjoyable to watch.
The pen holder gag was PRICELESS! Geez, how many times have we all gone, "Now, where the poo did I put my [insert missing item here]!?" Good to be reminded of our human foibles in a humorous way - Thanks, Steve.
If I were in the USA, I would be bringing my shoes only to Mr. Steve here. In every video, I see a very serious and professional approach to each repair. The end result speaks for itself. It's like having a favourite doctor/ mechanic; the same applies here. Mr. Steve, I commend your work in the shoe repair industry.
@@BedosLeatherworksLLC I stopped putting my work on RUclips over 5 years ago because of idiocy like this.... Wish you were close by. I'd love to do a craftsman feature on you on my Facebook page. My people love meeting all the interesting people I meet.
The hammer sound is wonderful ASMR. My scalp is tingling like mad. Could you make a whole hour video of nothing but hammering? Maybe for part of it you could hammer directly on the metal last. Ecstasy!
hmmm... it's coffee time... Thank you, Steve, for sharing this video. Impressed beyond belief that you remade, rebuilt, restitched, added new leather, conditioned and dyed the shoes like new. I learn something new each time I watch you. It's Hammertime! (I wonder who one of the thumbs down people are?).
As always, love watching you repair shoes. It’s so mesmerizing. I like the shoe repairs more than the boots, although I do like the boot repairs, I just like the shoe repairs better. And you’re so good at it too.
A third of the way in with that hole in the bottom of the shoe I never imagined such a high quality shoe was hiding inside. I use a credit card for a shoe horn because it is thin and I always have one with me. Or use my license. GREAT RESTORATION ! !
Since I have seen so many of your other repairs I am really able to understand why you enjoyed doing this and your right you can be proud of this it is amazing. Once on his feet people won’t even be able to tell the work you did. It was also clear in the video you were enjoying doing this job. Wow. Beautiful

another wonderful job these shoes are so beutiful and you had every right to feel good about your work. iIf the shoe horns ever came about i would love to order one.
Steve, your level of expertise in your trade is way above and beyond anything I've seen done to leather. The fact that you were confident enough to tackle this project speaks volumes. I fear your trade is becoming a lost art. How did you ever learn this and how long have you been doing this Steve?
Steve, I could tell- you enjoyed working on these. This was a great opportunity for you to be able fix these Florsheim Yuma's. Fantastic, they look fantastic! Another Beautiful work of art!! I loved the "Hammer time" warning, it was great & cute, too. Oh, I thought something was wrong... I missed your air compressor coming on. Unreal
The 4 people who gave this a thumbs down probably have zero talent at anything!
The end result earned my subscription! Fantastic rebuild!!
Great work, (as to be expected from you) Stevo! Thank God there are people out there willing to pay for a proper craftsman! Beautiful shoes!
That was really interesting. Never realised that the leather in a moccasin went completely under the foot. Beautiful restoration yet again. Well done.
WOW! You basically made a new pair of shoes! Amazing! Well done Steve! Thanks again for sharing. 👍🏻
Steve always does a great job when he repairs a pair of shoes, he puts nothing but TLC into them. He could repair my shoes any day, I just love him.
