This is what I call poop training! Within 5 days when I got my golden conures last year. They already understood and were able to poop on command.
Some people say it’s unhealthy for birds to poop on command because the bird have to keep it in, which is not true. My poop training approach is that my birds can poop anytime and wherever they want and need and additional to it when I asked them. Like share and tag 🏷️ someone ❣️

I understand you dont want them pooping all over the place, but this is too much. Why cant they do it in the cage.
Birds are not humans.
They are hurting. A bird poops every 15-20 min. You take them like this every time? I dont think so.
They go once a day?
This is not normal.
You dont want to clean, dont get birds.

They can will and do poop in the cage. And poop everywhere and when ever and additional to that they poop when I ask

My 24 year old Jenday, Sugar, pooped in a tissue for me yesterday! He doesn’t poop in his cage or on us either, which is very convenient for cleaning!!! ❤❤❤
