STOREROOM FUNCTION: Commercial lever door knobs with locks from MrArm Hardware are available for specific entrances. This "(Storeroom) Function" variety is commonly used on storerooms and mechanical rooms. When the door is closed, it is always locked (rigid) from the outside and requires a key to open. Door is always open from the inside for emergency egress.
COLOR & SIZING: Our commercial door locks are offered in Satin chrome finish (26D finish). Designed for 1-1/2" to 2" (38mm to 50mm) doors, they fit 1-1/2" to 2" thick doors and come standard with a 2-3/4" backset. These are non-handed commercial door levers, so they are suitable for either right- or left-handed doors.
SPECIFICATIONS: Our door hardware & locks come with standard ANSI 1-1/10" x 2-1/4" square corner strikes and 1-7/10" x 2-3/4" square corner faceplates. The backset is 2-3/4" (70mm), the stainless steel Roses are 3-11/32" (85mm) in diameter, and Latchbolt Stainless steel is 1/2" (12.5mm) throw standard. These specifications make our door lever handle lock fitting for 161 door prep & regular 2-1/8″ bore prep.
CERTIFICATION: Designed to be a reliable commercial door hardware, our heavy-duty entry key locks are ANSI/BHMA A156.2 - Grade 2 (exceeds 500,000 cycles) certified and UL listed. Each lever door handle with lock is made to meet A117.10 accessible design standards. It is also fire rated for up to 3 hours. You have to adjust your clutch on drill to not mess the head screws
