Vielen Dank! Das ist das beste Video zum Wechseln dieser kleinen Zusatz-Batterie, das ich gesehen habe! Ich werde nun genau nach dieser Methode die Zusatzbatterie in meinem S212 350 BlueTech (Diesel) anwenden.
Just replaced the one in my 2012 E350. Same spot as yours. Another You Tube video showed the guy removing and replacing it through the rectangular hole in the side of the dash, but my hands were too big to get through the opening. Removed the bottom panel like you showed and then it was relatively easy to get the old battery out and the new one in.
I’m thinking about replacing the battery myself, but I don’t really have much experience with fixing things like that. Do you think this is easy enough to replace at home?
@@MarcoCerqueira thanks. My fear is just if I try doing it myself, that I'll end up messing something up with the car by accident. Also would it be easier replacing it from the side or from the bottom?
I am curious how long your main AGM last before needing a swap? My W212 OEM battery is 6,5 years old and showing only 12.0V under load with engine off. Still starts well.
2010-2012 had it under the dash like mine. After that I believe that it’s in the trunk. If your car is a 2017 that is not even a W212, but instead it’s a W213. Not familiar with those but I believe they they are the same as the W205 c-class. It would be under the foot rest in the passenger foot well. See link below: ruclips.net/video/eaVNRHTqRkk/видео.html
Thanks to you I changed my battery in 10 minutes. Thank you!

Thanks for the video. Battery changed without much difficulty, just wish I had smaller hands.
Muy bonita la combinación de colores azul y negro de tu auto. Pero escucho un ruido como si viniera del power Stering.
Is it the same battery for all E350s? I have a 2011 bluetec end got this warning today.
Yes, pretty sure it’s the same for 2010 and 2011 w212 cars
Many thanks for this very helpful video.

Sorry not familiar with that model

It’s the power steering pump noise

I replaced it last year. It lasted almost 9 years. It started doing long cranks before the engine fired, for a few days, until it didn’t start at all.
You didn’t let us see how you took the hood latch
Is this a 2013 350e
2011 E550
Anyone can help me locat 2017 e300 auxiliary battery location
Is it the same for 2017 E 300 ?
