Hito. I'm glad all the characters have a pretty high Skill ceiling, though Hito definitely has a low floor.
Also yeah, he was playing way too respectful and not letting opener heavies fly as much as he should have.

I don’t see how Hito has a “low skill floor”. I mean yea Hito stomps people who have no idea what to do in any situation, which seems to be the majority of the player base, but the second I run into an even moderately skilled player with Hito, I can’t seem to land anything without getting parried, no matter how hard I try to do “mixups” of whatever.
Orochi and Kyoshin DO NOT take a lot of skill lol.
@theguileraven7014 It is a read based game and her heavies have three charges, if they are not going for parries, such as in the first match if memory serves, one can throw the heavy or a light in order to get into her mixup for free without needing to rely on an opponent mistake.
As for the low Skill floor, that comes from the fact she has very quick charge heavies with opener Hyperarmor. It is significantly more difficult to deal with those than they are to actually use, and as such you can find some really bad ayers at a much higher skill rating than they should just because of both that, and the fact that Hito is incredibly easy to use against spam and other disrespectful playstyles due to her being able to force respect so easily.

It's so weird.. when I watch high tier For Honor play I know what to do, I can predict what might happen, etc but when I'm playing myself I'm a god damn potato who struggles to parry lights even when I know it's coming.
I wish Hitokiri wasn't so spammable so I could play her without feeling like an arse...

@@zetokaiba5867the kick at the end is the only thing that bothers me, not enough impact or power.
Not entirely true the underside of the arm is actually quite soft you can cut it just gently brushing against tree(from what I’ve heard and seen) not to mention the sheer weight of hito’s axe/wtv you wanna call it, simply mashing it through someone’s arm is very possible
And also in the third fight watch how the animation turns the arm over where there is no armor, makes it easier to cut

Nova why did you say hito's very disliked.. Honestly hito isn't just people hate the heavy spam like it's the same with warden shoulder bash light light.. Orichi kick light kick light shinobi light spam or kick spam.
In my personal opinion and what I've heard from King misty solid sol kenzo and johndiliner she's a fun character if you don't hebby spam and I'm a rep 80 hito and I rarely heavy spam like good players will just parry the people who will hate on hito are usually no offence the newish or low rep players because they can't deal with her delayed heavies or hyperarmour.
There's far more boring characters out there ( BP warden warlord orichi tiandi afeera shinobi) sorry not boring brain dead 😂
