Punch, you may already know but on Highrise you can jump up to the helipad from the aircon - you don't have to climb on the frame.
Yea the reason I’ve been jumping on the frame is because recently I’ve had bad timing with people peeking from the other side helipad stairs and shooting my feet lol when I climb up frame on the frame I can see as I climb up

The best advice I can give is try to play more passive aggressive. Play for picks off the start, then once a few enemy’s are down you can get more aggressive and try to stay near the flag area just in case they go for a quick cap
