just this afternoon I stumbled over the name of the quebec reel. played by Shane Cook who is no slowcoach either. "two-step D'Armand" is the title. Can't keep up with Shane yet, but better days are coming.
The french canadian réel is named Le réel du carnaval From Ferdinand Dionne from st anne de La pocatiere Québec I was told that he composed this tune for the annual carnaval of this place
and those two are having such fun. We who listen are enjoying it. it is electrfying - being torn between dancing around or trying to keep up on guitar. a througly enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Fiddle and pipes! Great set!
