A Hastily-Recorded Mashup of "We are the Crystal Gems" and "Lapis Lazuli"

Basically, I discovered that "We are the Crystal Gems" and "Lapis Lazuli" from Steven Universe have very similar chord progressions, and then I decided to record them together. I love the chord progression that they use which is incidentally used in a lot of anime music. The site Anime Instrumentality did great functional analysis of it: blog.animeinstrumentality.net/...
I learned after I recorded this that the song "Dear Old Dad" uses the same progression, once again blowing my mind--I think the progression serves as a bit of an anchor to the musical landscape of the show.
