What’s up Jason? Hey bro I think these are ribs that were cut off a rib roast. This same place was passing off bone in ribeye cuts as cowboy steaks, “tomahawk” steaks. To their defense. I did not specify when I placed the order. I was looking for the thicker cuts. I’m in northern Indiana. Beef ribs are a seasonal item. Hey thank you for checking out the video. Keep em’ burning 🔥
Let me tell y’all ... they were the BOMB🥺🤤 they was so juicy and tender! You didn’t need sauce but since I LOVE the Jimmy’s Original Sauce it was the icing on the cake ❤️
Hey there my man…hell of a job and love your videos! I have a feeling your drip pan is in backwards…the “handle” goes in so the pan lands in the right spot for the channels to fall toward the back and drain the drippings into the rear grease tray.
What is up Vascoe? I thought the smoke profile was right on. The “PID” controller makes the difference. I have cooked on a several different pellet cookers, different brands and found that the “PID” controller is what made the difference in regards to the quality of the final product. Oak pellets will render a stronger smoke profile than a fruit blend. I hope that helps. Sorry for the delay. Hey, let’s keep em’ burning 🔥

It can only get better. I know this model is hard to get but the pro series vertical pellet smoker carried by Lowell’s. It is few inches smaller but very similar in features.
@@getjimmysbbq Ya, I had my eye on the Brunswick and Walmart had been sold out for awhile. I was checking the website every day and finally I was able to get one. They sold out again 1 hour after I bought mine. Everybody wants one.🤣

What is up Edgardo? I have two vertical smokers by Pit Boss. Yes! I am very pleased with the results and the convenience these cookers have to offer. My drum smokers are very similar to your wsm. I love my drum cookers but no more baby sitting fires with my Pit Boss cookers. Especially during the cold days. The new technology, the cooker communicates with you via WiFi and blue tooth which is very nice when it is cold. The new interface allows full control, to make temperature changes and even to shut down. Just keep the hopper full of pellets and it will keep cooking. The only thing it doesn’t do is remove the food or spritz, it does everything else. I think you will love to have your one.
