2022 will see the WRC transition to the hybrid era. This is a revolution for the rally world, significantly affecting performance, changing strategies and making drivers and teams adapt.
In terms of gameplay, new mechanics have been integrated to represent the demands of the hybrid engines. In order to win, you have to carefully manage your battery by adapting your engine mapping throughout the special stages you take part in.
As community satisfaction is always a priority , you can now share customised livery and stickers with other players. The best creations will be rewarded and highlighted.
For fans of competition, the new Leagues mode lets players challenge opponents with a similar level online. Finish ahead of your competitors to move up the ladder in the Legends category.
WRC Generations includes more content than ever before in a rally game.
- 750 km of unique special stages in 22 countries
- 49 teams from the 2022 season (Rally1 / Rally2 / Junior WRC)
- 37 legendary cars plus additional bonuses
- 165 timed special stages
In order to make the representation of the championship even more realistic, a completely redesigned Rally Sweden environment has been added, with 6 brand-new special stages in the Umea region.

Impissible to comment on graphics when youtube compresses everything
It's very strange, it looks as if the car is floating a few centimeters over the road, it moves very unnaturally over the road and in the curve it also looks strange. This is not how you play rally in 2024.
This takes me years back in time.
This definitely needs to be improved. No matter what you do to set it up, it won't go away. Very unfortunate. The landscape doesn't look any better, no landscape looks like that and I have the feeling that the makers never take a walk because then they would know what it looks like.

I hate when they make trees move like bushes in the wind...this is trees not bushes..........Witcher 3 had the same issue, why i never played it that much, put me off, too unrealistic
Everybody raved about the Witcher three graphics and the trees rashing about like crazy when there wasn’t even that much wind was the first thing I noticed too. Put me off a little too
PS3 graphics , ps1 sound ..not to mention the performance issues ..that is ridiculous in 2022 !

bro what 💀 the graphics are some of the best on car games, and THE best on rally games. The game looks amazing. The sounds arent perfect, but ok, and the performance is justified for that level of detail
Who is responsible for the effects in this game ???? The rain is made terribly, it always flies vertically with a flat texture and not into the windshield when driving, it's a shame))) in the first Dirt Rally it's 10 times better, in NFS 3 1998 the rain flies into the glass when driving! Although the graphics and physics are still good. (but it looks like in 7-8 parts of the game and requires twice as much powerful PC)
so bad....
