Well about 50% of the timeline comes from some combination of interpretation book series and now the movie series tied together with a whole lot of theories so basically s*** can hit the fan at Scott could quite literally destroy this House of cards with his mere breath

The timeline of the games, the Silver Eyes trilogy, the Pizzaplex books, and the Frights books can each be thought of as parallel universes. If you've seen Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, that's pretty much how these parallel universes work. They have some things in common with each other but can differ in everything else. For example, the William Afton in the games and the William Afton in the Silver Eyes trilogy have many things in common, such as being a murderer and getting springlocked, but they're two different people existing in two different timelines. Here's another example: Henry from the games and Edwin from one of the Pizzaplex books. They have so many things in common, like making the FNAF animatronics and losing a child. And since Edwin created the Mimic, it's tempting to say that Henry created the Mimic in the Ruin DLC too. Except, it's not that simple, because we don't know if Henry, or someone very similar, making the Mimic is a "canon event."

I cannot get over how little it matters whether or not the toy animatronics from fnaf 2 are haunted by the DCI kids. Literally, it could just be faulty criminal detection like phone guy says and nothing in the story would change. The toys (and thus, the DCI kids) would do equally nothing throughout the whole series and everything stays the same
I was considering doing a video like this myself because I don't think there's enough enphasis in the fanbase with the fact that no one knows anything about anything in this series and is more mystery than horror.

On FNAF 1, definitely was an "intentionally vague so I can figure out details later if/when I need to." I do wonder how much of the success could be attributed to "the bite of '87" line cause come one, how can that not make you ask questions.

A new fnaf guide book or perhaps a fnaf timeline book that’s non controversial and accurate from Scott cawthon. 3. A fnaf board game or puzzle with lore. 4. A fnaf webcomic with lore. 5. A fnaf game about the rival businesses of fazbear entertainment. 8. A fnaf game about Henry Emily or Mrs Afton and their whereabouts throughout the games. 9. A fnaf reboot of all the past games with newly added things and any wanted changes. 10. Warning: this idea is personally my favorite but a lot of people will probably disagree. A fnaf game set in a newly built version of fazbear frights called the horrorplex, and the star attraction is none other than William afton himself in a new trap variant, but instead of being a threat (by choice or perhaps by memory loss) decides to try and change his ways and take down Fazbear entertainment llc.

The Movie plot is very similar to the plot of the games. Garrett Schmidt and Crying Child are the same trauma plot device for Mike Schmitdt and Michael Afton, the difference is only direct/indirect William Afton kill. Abby Schmidt and Elizabeth Afton are the same plot device for Mike Schmitdt and Michael Afton - she disobeyed her family caretaker, got lured by animatronic to be killed, her older brother attempt to save her made him very wounded, she also talks to herself and weirdly takes care of older brother, the difference is once again indirect/direct William kill. Mike Schmitdt and Michael Afton are everything above plus confrontation with the murderer of the kids. Mike Schmitdt's backstory is Vannesa A.'s backstory which together with Vannesa Shelly's backstory is Michael Afton's backstory.
On the subject of the “Rogue indie game developer” and his games mentioned in fnaf VR, MatPat points out in one of his videos that in FNaF 6 Fazbear Entertainment is supposed to be dissolved and then seems to reorganize into an LLC. Combining that with the statements about the developer mentioned in FNaF Vr I think it would make sense if the games he made were paid for by Fazbear Entertainment before FNaF 6 perhaps by Henry to help get the story of what happened out there, then the company reforms as an LLC under a new face and the new company wants to scrub that from its reputation.

The Movie plot is very similar to the plot of the games.
Garrett Schmidt and Crying Child are the same trauma plot device for Mike Schmitdt and Michael Afton, the difference is only direct/indirect William Afton kill.
Abby Schmidt and Elizabeth Afton are the same plot device for Mike Schmitdt and Michael Afton - she disobeyed her family caretaker, got lured by animatronic to be killed, her older brother attempt to save her made him very wounded, she also talks to herself and weirdly takes care of older brother, the difference is once again indirect/direct William kill.
Mike Schmitdt and Michael Afton are everything above plus confrontation with the murderer of the kids.
Mike Schmitdt's backstory is Vannesa A.'s backstory which together with Vannesa Shelly's backstory is Michael Afton's backstory.

On the subject of the “Rogue indie game developer” and his games mentioned in fnaf VR, MatPat points out in one of his videos that in FNaF 6 Fazbear Entertainment is supposed to be dissolved and then seems to reorganize into an LLC. Combining that with the statements about the developer mentioned in FNaF Vr I think it would make sense if the games he made were paid for by Fazbear Entertainment before FNaF 6 perhaps by Henry to help get the story of what happened out there, then the company reforms as an LLC under a new face and the new company wants to scrub that from its reputation.
