Growing up in Hawai'i, and without much money, meat has always been mostly for taste. At 18 I went to California and was astonished that folks ate huge slabs of meat. You could feed a family of 4 with the steak a friend's dad would eat!

So... probably longer than 4~6 weeks. Get thick vacuum bags if you want to store longer.

The template cooking right on Tak. There are some nights I don't have any meat ready, I just do vegtables the char from the vegtables seems to satisfy, no seasoning no sause this is the forgetful bachelor method. I also picked up 51 0z of shauxing wine and 5 0f oyster sauces. I'll have to see what I can get in squeeze bottles, I have been using grapeseed oil. I like the end product.
