ENTP and ESFP are different and a little bit alike.

ESFPs get the stereotype of not thinking, but I don't think that's quite right. I look at the videos of the ESFP youtuber dear kristin, who also makes comedic MBTI videos, and she is constantly coming up with enough creative video ideas to rival an ENTP, albeit not videos that are creative in a way that an ENTP is likely to be creative. This would imply a level of thinking not found in the stereotype. So, that leads us to the question of how ESFPs think. To answer that, let's take a look at their function stack, starting with their third function, Te. Since ESFPs have Te as their thinking function, they are going to be results oriented, caring most that what they do achieves their desired outcome, rather than prioritizing internal logical consistency as a Ti user would. Next, let's look at their first function, Se. This is about the immediate physical moment, focusing on sensory details and simply experiencing things for the sake of it. Finally, we shall look at their second function, Fi. This is all about what they as an individual value and like. If we pair the previous functions together, we find our answer. ESFPs are likely to try doing a particular action to see if it works and then determine its logical worth based on whether or not it works, with Fi also weighing in on whether or not it likes it. In a way, it's sort of like conducting an experiment. ESFPs start with whatever problem they are trying to solve, use Se to try a way to solve it, and if it works and they like it, Te and Fi will approve it as a viable method. If not, they'll just try something else. This method is far from the ENTP stare out a window method, but it is a viable one, so long as the ESFP in question has spent some time improving their Ni. Of course, this has mostly been conjecture on my part, so feel free to let me know what you think about what I've said.

I must be an ESFP cause I also don’t understand how you can study without books by looking out the window for 15 minutes

It's like thinking about what makes sense around one subject, so the result is getting a theory of how people or the world works. After that introverted thinking process we get to know what makes more sense and what no, so it's like we are more "clever" after that and we know more things, so maybe that process can be called "to study". 🤷‍♀
      I'm ENTP.

@@Lizzzi86 So this is how Ti works? Damn, I really should learn more about cognitive functions. 🤡Thx for the explanation!

fixing the logic or memorizing something or just daydreaming for study breaks

LMAO i love how this basically is saying ESFP doesn't think , seems legit.
