I have zero desire to get into weddings, lol, but this was some great insight!
I agree with you. I've done just over 40 now. It's not my favorite anymore. I prefer seniors and families. They're easier to schedule and I can work around them. I have busy kids. It's getting hard to block off weekends so far ahead. So I'm being selective on weddings and not overbooking them now.
I thought this was very interesting I learned a lot of what is required. One thing is clear working a full time job and wedding photography
Will burn you out quickly.

All true. As a videographer I can relate to a lot of it; although I believe photographers seem to get the worst of it. On the flip side, every now and again you get a really wonderful couple, or artistic opportunity, makes all the hard work worth while. Its a challenging and exhausting job, but a rewarding one.
