I need to take this FROM Naples central station to the airport..are they fast, reliable? I will arrive 0800 at the station and my flight leaves 1030.... thanks
There's one due at the station at 08:05 and every 20 minutes after that. The journey is about 20 minutes to the airport so you should be safe enough however, they can be quite busy at certain times so if you're in any doubt, there's a large taxi rank right outside the station and the fixed tariff is 18 euro to the airport (which includes all passengers and baggage) but make sure you tell the driver you want the predetermined tariff (tariffa predeterminata) before you get in the taxi. It will be a couple of euros more expensive at the weekends.

Yes the bus travels between Naples airport, Naples main train station and the port so it's used quite a lot
