Looking at this comparison I'm now convinced that Oppo Find X6 Pro is undoubtedly the low light king this year. The images I managed to capture with this phone are unmatched by the likes of S23U,X13U I also have. Huawei might surpass it in macro, some video footage and day time shots sometimes but at night there's simply no opponent for these huge sensors. Camera updates helped a lot as well over the span of the last months.
I don't like that boosted colors at Oppo just like Samsung do... I like natural colors just like Huawei do (If i want on some photo a boost i will use Snapseed for sure) So,for me Mate 60 pro 👌 Huawei should engrave on the back of the phone: Beat me, hate me You can never break me

However in terms of colors I liked Mate 60 pro overall giving more realistic colors when Oppo overdid with saturation... Conclusion: I would not switch from my Nubia Z50 Ultra to any of these smartphones because of the camera... 35 mm main lens is best I ever saw in smartphones for making photos of humans, also very pleasant/soft pictures of people made on telephoto lens in "Street" mode. P.S. If I had to choose between Huawei and Oppo and Huawei I would go for Oppo.

I will use it as the only daily driver and i already do not use android auto but still hesitating about chineese rom everyday use. Any hints you can give here ? 😊
Mate 60 Pro has "excess" HDR processing, a bit of "clarity slider" effect in that it seems to look charcoal-ey. Oppo is still slightly over bright but with black shadows. And the RAW files probably still have the magenta issue in lightroom, but I'd hope it's fixed.
I don't think there's genuinely any more detail on those Mate 60 pro shots, just looks like super artificial processing. I much prefer the look of the Oppo which is like an actual camera.
You could just artificially boost the look of the Oppo images in post and I am sure it will look the same as the Huawei. But on the Huawei, good luck getting rid of the oversharpening and halos.
Brother I checked three times to compare the Oppo Find X6 Pro with all Mate series, including the Mate 60 Pro. The Oppo Find X6 Pro is clearly a winner in picture quality in every way. In your videos, the Oppo Find X6 Pro is giving good colour on screen and better detail, and you are still saying that the Mate 60 Pro is better. After Mate 40 Pro Plus, the series became worse. Because I used each Huawei mobile, I switched to the Oppo Find X6 Pro, which is the best among all heavy mobile phones today.
Part of the detail is due to the slightly closer crop due to the use of 28mm main vs 24mm or whatever it is. You are comparing objects on screen, effectively the Mate is using a higher magnification. You would need to step back with the Mate so that objects, for example the goat, appear the same size on the picture when placed next to each other. Then we can really see what details are picked out. Basically no one does this it seems and so the slightly closer photo tends to get the win @@lltechview

I originally wanted the Find X6 Pro but I've heard ColorOS CN has a lot of issues and someone I know had to return his Find X3 Pro because of it. I went with the Honor Magic5 Pro instead, which was not a bad choice imo, it also has double the storage (512GB vs 256GB) for the same price (980€, the Honor was imported from CZ and the OPPO would be imported from CN)

My problem is still is that my P30 Pro Selfie Camera have f2.0 and these phones operates with f2.4. Im curious how pixelated the video in nighttime when doing with selfie camera. Its inportant for IRL streams.

I am not sure if a region change is still working. I doubt it but you can try it if it shows up and you can live without celia assistant being in your language then its fine.

Yeah. I think the sensor being this small and the aperture not as open as on the P60 Pro it probably struggles there especially with the zoom. Main cam needs a bit more tweaking for bright objects

I did not have any issues. But I am used to chinese ROMs for ages

You can clearly see that Oppo as more punch colours and is a bit soft in details. Huawei a bit oversharpened sometimes but more detailed in good light

Its inportant for IRL streams.
Those tiny selfie cameras are not worth testing out in very low light conditions. The main cams are way better for those and always will be.
