Puns aside though, the model and theme are amazing! Never thought i’d see dust sans with a gun but here we are! lol. The theme is honestly epic as fuck, i can just imagine the core having red flashing lights as you fight this mad man with a timer showing when the core will explode! yet again, ULCs Developers have done incredibly well! Also….HOW THE FUCK ARE THEY GUNNA MAKE THIS BALANCED WATERFALL DUST IS HARD ENOUGH!!!! But i have faith that they will make it balanced…hopefully.

My take for this fight is that.
The timer is not indicative of anything.
The core map has interactive buttons around the map that the chara has to press to keep the core cool.
Core temperatures slowly rise and if it reaches the max sans win with a core explosion.
Core dust doesn’t have many fast attacks (all his attacks has a significant windup) but his gun is incredibly fast and damaging and has no stamina cost but after 6 shots it will have to do a lengthy reload.
Core dust also doesn’t have a lot of stamina in comparison to waterfall to balance it out
The fight would prob be a slow burn fight and the more resilient side would win.

My take is that there will be two parts of the fight, one where dust sans can use the gun. The other where dust sans cant use the gun but dusttale papyrus helps sans.

If you look into horrortales lore, the monsters would also starve because if the core destroyed/deactivated, mostly for the remaining monsters so monsterkind is doomed.

I think it would be a really cool mechanic if the round timer as core dust was as long as the song, so at the the end of the round the core exploded and the sans team would win if the sans wasn’t killed fast enough.

I'll be very curious for whatever comes after CORE (IF there is an upgrade past Core Encounter) for what Sans' reaction will be to the human(s) surviving the CORE explosion. He's extremely confident all throughout this encounter: set up an explosion of the CORE, calls us 'buddy' on the way out, and keeps his grin this time without it ever dropping a bit. So what happens when this plan of his fails? When he finds out the human walked out of an explosion at bare minimum that could've leveled a good chunk of the underground?...
He doesn't have anymore EXP to get after this. He doesn't have any extra locations to run to after this. If the CORE fails, Sans is out of options- and I'm truly curious what kind of response that'll get out of him when the human walks down the corridor and he realizes it all failed. He's going to die, and there's no chance in hell he's got firepower equivalent to an entire CORE going nuclear.
sans is probably at level 18 and he hasn't killed flowey and asgore yet so he still has two monsters to kill and the next upgrade will probably be judgment Hall and Sans will probably already be at level 20 and I always thought in the next upgrade for dust will be in the true lab and and since the core exploded it probably did take a big chunk out of the underground and that's why I think judgment Hall will look similar to dusttrust judgment Hall
@@Smiley-g5sSans’s rarely have more then 4 upgrades. CORE would be Dust’s 4th. Perhaps a 10k EXP mastery could be Corridor Dust?

I mean they are working on the new character crossbones and the remodel for insanity and killer and six bones and another new character swapfell and the remodel for distrust and dusttrust who will be a skin for disbelief and a rework and remode last breath with part 3 a new skin for papyrus a remodel for possessed sans and a new character call M87sans and a jotaro scan for the hardtale sans or regular sans and a remodel/rework for ruin dust and a remodel for Snowden dust and a remodel for storyshift Chara and dustbeleif waterfall papyrus encounter and new weapons negatale sans remodel and outer swap and new battle cutscenes also papyrus has gone too far either is a skin or a character that's all I know
