I think for frozen falls I think instead of blink you gain a star move and your spear bones and spear turn into different things, maybe a meteor barrage instead of bone spears and outer spear which would stun someone for 3 seconds. That's my idea for frozen falls. Keeps outerdust more balanced.

Overheat is the best one in my opinion. While it does use the CORE's motifs, it doesn't rely on them, its still original and mostly focuses on solidifying Sans's presence in the song, basically telling you that this isn't just a normal run of the CORE, while both HeatDeath and Scorched Earth sound like generic CORE remixes
My opinion 1: scorched earth 2: overheat 3: heatdeath This song just feels too calm compared to the other 2 and overall I feel like it’s outerdusts weakest song

Well outerdust can be considered a "Calmer" dust variant. So yeah his themes can be a little dull and less heavy.
