For The Fear you need to feed him poisonous food and steal the good food he hunts for, I think if there's already a poisonous food before he gets hungry he will go for that instead of hunting.

Yeah well I don't blame you it has lots of issues. But MGS3 is running well on PC, especially with the new fan-made resolution patch. You can play in 1080p, 1440p or 4K.

Mgs3 works fine you just gotta manually limit the frame rate to 60

Stupid in the sense that this game cannot decide if it wants to be sci-fi superhero open-world game or a Cold War spy thriller stealth game. But at least it paved the way for more believable stealth and action games in the future. Even I am not a fan of Kojima's style, seems like that fellow wants to make everything an anime, except for the cancelled Silent Hill game.
