I bought a backpack worth a thousand reais in July 2024 and unbelievably it is coming apart (among other defects). At the store (Shopping Center Norte), they didn't even let me finish explaining the problem and told me to look at the website. On the website they ask for so much information that you think they will respond right away and tell you right, big mistake, automatic responses from people without any interaction with the customer! I still don't understand the benefit of buying a product from a brand that promises an "innovative experience" and that will "reframe" my concept of travel. In fact, buying a product on 25 de Março, the rest of the money would be enough to travel and then it would be a better experience. I'm still waiting for your return! Don't buy, look at the comments!
