We had a superbowl run if bissacia would've been hired as coach after picking up gruden pieces. Players loved him, fans loved him. We lost playoff game to Bengals but still loved how we ended and looked forward to next year. Anddddd mcdaniels came. Every fan heart dropped. Worst decision ever.
lol we never had a super bowl run with Carr at QB. I liked Bissacia but that year we were outscored by 70 points. When that happens you almost never make the playoffs. We played against teams with 2nd string QBs and got lucky to win a ton of very close games. We need a all pro QB if we are ever going deep in the playoffs. Carr was an average QB for us just about every year and he is an average qb according to every stat in New Orleans.

It’s not much of a rebuild, we have key players at positions, depending on what AOC does, we will likely need a QB possibly, build around the rest of the team. Defense is playing much improved as well.

George Allen was the Redskins HC from 1971-1977, not just 2 preseason games in 1978. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2002. Y'all should know this.

McDaniels took over a PLAYOFF TEAM from the year before and put the Raiders ALMOST back to square one. They had insane talent and had just picked up DeVante Adams and got WORSE. There is NO EXCUSE for that!!! Marc Davis was trying to get Tom Brady to the Raiders and when that didn’t happen the team imploded under McDaniels poor leadership. He should’ve Let Rich Bisaccia have another year or two as head coach. It would’ve been such a RAIDER thing have happen if a special teams coach would’ve had great success. Rich knows way more about football then just special teams but you get the point if your a Raider fan and know the history.
